“I have yet to receive my order. I have written them 4 times and no response. I am going to call my local TV station and a lawyer. I don’t like being ripped of 66.00.”

“I ordered dried strawberries and dried kiwi on May 1, 2023. I was sent dried chili pineapple, which by the way tasted awful. I have sent three emails and have attempted to call. They do not answer the phone or answer their emails. This company is a scam. Don't waste your money buying anything from them.”

“I am disappointed with this company. I ordered 3 items and spent a lot of money might I add and only received 1 of the 3 items. This order was placed at the beginning of November. I have sent 2 emails to them trying to find out where the other items are at and I haven't received any feedback. I also asked for a refund on the items that I did not receive. This company will not EVER GET ANY OF MY BUSINESS AGAIN AND I WILL NOT REFER THEM TO ANYONE EITHER!”

“‼️DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They lie about the size of products. They have 8oz packages (and others) listed on their site but sent 5oz! I reached out to resolve with zero response via email. I sent a messsage via FB messenger, they have “seen” my message and not responding. SCAM!!! ‼️”

“Not recommended. Someone from their team or someone they hired or outsourced marketing to got a lot of work done from me and refused to compensate for that. The irony is that the brand is using my email flows, the alias used to get the work done was 'Haleema Begum'. I give their support a chance to clarify but I guess they don't know about that and maybe the management doesn't monitor their FB page that often.”

“Received my items fast, however all the food was spoiled (looked bad and smelled bad). Ordered the Milk Chocolate covered cherries and the tangerine wedges. Have sent repeated emails and no response. They have a 30 day refund policy, which I am sure they are waiting to expire before contacting me (if they contact me at all). Here are the pictures of the food they sent.”

“The products are delicious and the shipping was fast. I had tried the Hibiscus, Dried Cantaloupe, and the Dried Tangerine wedges and loved them all. When I found the website I was thrilled. I ordered 2 Hibiscus, Chocolate Covered Kiwi, Whole Blackberries and Dried Mandarin Slices. The Kiwi is so good and I ordered gave a friend, who is vegan, one of the Hibiscus. She loves it. I love the variety and that the products use cane sugar since I try to stay away from sugar. I will definitely order again! All of the products are delicious!”

“I appreciate this product exists and they shipping time was reasonable (not. great but reasonable). Online description indicated '1 lb bag' of crystallized ginger. However, I received 3 5 oz. bags - a total of 15 oz rather than the 16 oz advertised. Not cool.”

“I ordered dried mangoes, apricots, apples, and strawberries. They were all good except the strawberries. They were hard, crystallized sugar bombs. Disappointing as I've been trying to find good dried strawberries for years.”

“I have have left two voicemails and 3 emails messages since i made a purchase with you and ask if i can return and exchange for another products.. i have yet to get a call or email from your company. It’s more than a month since then I’m so disappointed with your lack of response and the level of customer service that you provide. It’s too bad, i actually like your products. The score i gave is based on your lack of customer service.”

“Bought the ginger and gogi. The price was quite reasonable, the order arrived quickly, and the fruit is delicious. Especially appreciate that the ginger is NOT coated with sugar.”
