“This is a review I had hoped not to make because I have purchased quite a lot of Bee Fruity & Nutty's products & have found them to arrive promptly & be reliably of good quality. However their customer service is lousy. I ordered a 16 oz bag of organic chia seeds & it arrived with a hole in the bag which had been attempted to be repaired with cellophane tape. However the hole had opened & had spilled much of its contents all over the other products in the box--less than 12 oz remained. The tiny seeds had also escaped outside the box, causing USPS to have to enclose the box in a plastic bag, which was also full of chia seeds. It was concerning how the hole may have come to be, whether due to damage in handling or by a rodent? Therefore I had concerns about the safety of consuming the remaining seeds. I attempted to let the company know about the problem & was hoping to have a credit or replacement. I wrote 4 polite emails & left 2 phone messages at the contact number on the company's website. Over the past 2 months, I have received no reply to any of these communications. Customers should be aware of the very poor customer service. Upon reviewing previous online reviews recently, I see that others have also complained about the customer service.”

“These items were listed as "low sugar" but they were sickeningly sweet. I would suggest carrying a no-sugar option. Also, these are quite pricey considering the small size of the bag.”
