“I ordered 2 bags of 16oz each dried eatable hibiscus flower, but sent me 2 bags of 5oz each. I sent the email to ask the return and refund, but nobody answered me.”

“I was so excited to have found the Mango with chili I purchased at Costco the first time. But then I couldn't find it there anymore. So I found it on your website. The only issue I have with your ordering was I paid an extra $7 and some change to have it delivered in 2 days. And I didn't receive til a week later. I emailed the company to see what was going on, and they responded the company only does 2 deliveries a week (Monday & Friday)! If you cant deliver on what you're charging, please have that removed.”

“Items are inedible, box was damaged. Chocolate is powdery. I emailed customer service 3 times and still no response. You can't reach them by phone. I've had there products in the past and they were good. Don't know what happened. Box was damaged and icepacks melted.”

“Delicious. The best dried fruit out there with no added sugar. Hands down best dried mangoes and pears. Peaches were good too. Favorite brand for dried fruit!”

“Mango is great. Was very surprised and disappointed to see the dried tangerine has a ton more added sugar than unnoticed on label on website. Was also disappointed to see added sugar on strawberries.”

“I first found these products at DIA and purchased them as a snack for the flight and trip. I found that by the end of my trip (4 days) I had eaten both of the items I purchased, they were so delicious! When I arrived back at DIA I hoped to be able to get more, but landed after business hours and wan't able to. When I made my original purchase the associate working the booth gave me a discount card with a website, so I got online and figured out how I could get more! I ordered double what I had purchased at the airport and they arrived at my house within days. I couldn't recommend this higher, it's delicious and affordable, while being healthy and fast. LOVE!”

“My first experience with your company was amazing and delicious. I purchased from a stand inside Denver CO airport and fell in love. Recently I purchased online my absolute favorite from you (100% Natural Mango) and when I received my boxed I could not wait to dig in. However this time it just wasn't the same, my mango was was almost all brown and way past dried out that a few pieces just crumbled in my hands. Like it had been sitting on the shelf for a while or something. I'm not sure what happened but now I am hesitant to purchase again. Which is a shame because I truly truly fell in love with your company when I first purchased in Denver.”

“It has a sharpness to it that we just love!! It's very good without being too sweet. Great for snacking on and also flavoring our homemade kombucha tea to make ginger kombucha. This is our new favorite ginger.”

“Actually, your associate, who works at the outlets in Las Vegas, gave me more info than your website. She helped find a dried fruit that would help with my diabetes. She knew what all her products were used for. You should add a section for the nutritional benefits of your products”
