I have been trying to reach them for the last 7 days. They do not call, or e-mail. I placed a good size order but only received 1 bag of Hibiscus, which wasn't even in my order. All I want is the order I paid for.

The products looked so interesting that I bought about a dozen different ones. The one I really like is the coconut/sriracha chips. They have great texture and flavor. The gummy candies are not very good. The dried passion fruit is possibly the worst product I have ever encountered. For anyone who has had the joy of eating fresh passion fruit seeds - eating the dried flesh of the fruit is like eating cardboard. The disappointment with this was enormous and I suggest they drop this product immediately. It is the grapefruit equivalent of eating dried grapefruit rind. To be fair, I have not tried the mangos, blackberries, or apricots and I do expect those to do well - but gummies and passion fruit are my big loves and they truly disappointed.

Bought the Passion Fruit. Disgusting. Threw them out. So dry and had a fishy smell and taste. Yuk!

I didn’t notice all the preservatives in these items before ordering. The Kiwi we couldn’t even bite through. The cranberries taste like wax. Will not order again.

Don't offer free one day shipping and then just plain not live up to the offer. This company appears to care very little for the customer as they offered free one day shipping and then shipped the order a different way. I love the product, but this is the second shipment issue I have had with them over two separate orders.

This is my son's favorite snack but wow has this been a frustrating order experience. Still waiting on my package to arrive despite receiving a shipping email 9 days ago. Sent two emails to the company requesting an update and have yet to hear back.

Very little of the strawberries that I received were actually good. There were a few that were soft with good taste, but the majority of them were extremely grainy and hard. I wouldn’t order them again.

In July, I received my 15 carton order of the Natural Dried Pineapple Rings. The first two I opened were very dark, hard and too dry to chew. So I tried to bake with them, but that didn’t work. So after throwing the first two cartons away, I decided to contact their customer service. After about 4 No Replies, I threatened to give a bad review, and “Tal” responded promising I would get 15 cartons resent in September when they got a new shipment—no charge, he said, even after I offered to return the remaining 13 cartons of my original order. Then, in September, I sent 3-4 emails to “Tal” asking if they had received a new shipment and if I was going to be sent a replacement order as promised. Still no reply. Today is October 1st. I decided to order my 15 cartons again, since I’ve been a loyal customer and enjoy their dried ginger and pineapple. So—a fair warning that you may never hear back from “Customer Service”....

I was disappointed with this order. Both boxes of the mango Chile were different this time. It looks like the fruit got wet or something. They still taste good but the texture is not right

your products sounded very good when I ordered. I had an email that it would be delivered Thursday Aug. 20. but I didn"t receive a box until Friday Aug. 21. that was ok but my box had been damaged and taped up by the postal service saying they received it in damaged condition. There was only 2 out of the 6 things I ordered-the 2 dried ginger chunks. please let me know if the other things are coming> I paid $52.94.

The pineapples were way too hard and not chewy at all also the price is ridiculously high for what I got. I expected a little more than that. When I use to order from another company we got a nice size bag and they still had color and were chewable. I mjght would have been ok with the price if they weren't over dried but I am so disappointed in the product. Sorry for such an awful review but I expected better.

I have ordered for several times now A little disappointed with this order because when I ordered I wanted the chunks but did not have them. A a few days later I find you are fully stocked with the product I wanted. You should have some sort of note on the site to state that product is out but expected shortly and then I would not have ordered the others...... So ordered and received the strips and they have way too much sugar!!!!!! ME

Although I have had the product before and it is phenomenal, when shipping in the summer to a hot state, the process needs to change. Using USPS as was done for my $55 shipment resulted in me receiving bags of melted blobs that are crumbly mess when cooled off and must be pried apart in pieces. The inside of the box did have insulation and two "cold packs", but after the shipping and delivery process they offered little to now protection from the hear. If quality delivery of product cannot be done via USPS, discontinue that option.

I RECEIVED THE PRODUCTS I ORDERED, BUT THE QUANTITIES WERE NOT RIGHT. THE MIXED CHOCOLATE COVERED NUTS HAD ALL MELTED TOGETHER. SUBSTITUTIONS WERE MADE WITHOUT PERMISSION. THE FREEZER PACKS WERE USELESS. THE PRESENTATION WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE. I DISPOSED OF THE BRIDGE MIX. THE WHOLE ORDER WAS INTENDED AS A GIFT BUT WASN'T ABLE TO BE USED AS SUCH YOUR PACKAGING LEAVES MUCH TO BE DESIRED. THANK YOU JOYCE SPECTOR

I placed an order on 3/28/20. There was no indication on the website or order confirmation email that the company was experiencing significant delays in shipping due to the coronavirus pandemic. I have reached out twice by email asking about delivery dates and whether I should just cancel the order. No reply. Have now sent a third email, and will cancel order and negotiate a refund through my credit card company if necessary if there's no response by 6/2. I understand: Covid-19 upset a lot of companies' services. But they have made their delays plain on their websites and order confirmations. Very disappointed: the quality of the product looked good.
