“I appreciate this product exists and they shipping time was reasonable (not. great but reasonable). Online description indicated '1 lb bag' of crystallized ginger. However, I received 3 5 oz. bags - a total of 15 oz rather than the 16 oz advertised. Not cool.”

“I ordered dried mangoes, apricots, apples, and strawberries. They were all good except the strawberries. They were hard, crystallized sugar bombs. Disappointing as I've been trying to find good dried strawberries for years.”

“Tasty but small. It’s hard to visualize what is being ordered. Can you add a measurement such as 1.25 cups? It would help consumers out. Thank you”

“Very misleading advertising. All ginger chunks have same sugar content, even one is called “low sugar “.”

“The best by dates weren't great. Some were barely 2 months out. Some were sent in different packaging then was pictured when ordered.”

“These items were listed as "low sugar" but they were sickeningly sweet. I would suggest carrying a no-sugar option. Also, these are quite pricey considering the small size of the bag.”

“I placed my order on 09/20/20 and it’s now 09/30/20 and I still have not received my order (I had 1 day shipping as well). I ordered the soft ginger pieces as well as the chocolate covered ginger. They are hard to find in the store now a days and my kids NEED them for their upset tummy problems. Hope these are hit, can’t wait to try them!”

“I typically buy the uncrystalized ginger due to decreased sugar content. I tried the Young Ginger and was terribly disappointed. It is hard like a rock and not tender like you’d expect young tender ginger root to be. They actually seem to be old ginger cut into pieces and dried. Not recommended.”

“I was so excited to have found the Mango with chili I purchased at Costco the first time. But then I couldn't find it there anymore. So I found it on your website. The only issue I have with your ordering was I paid an extra $7 and some change to have it delivered in 2 days. And I didn't receive til a week later. I emailed the company to see what was going on, and they responded the company only does 2 deliveries a week (Monday & Friday)! If you cant deliver on what you're charging, please have that removed.”

“I main reason for ordering is mango slices, unfortunatley these were super dry and rubbery. Why even sell them? Banana chips unfortunately had sugar added but I had thought it was not, so ingredients list need to be more clear for each bag. I thought hazelnuts would come in 1 big 1 pounder instead of 3 small bags, which is a little disappointing because of the plastic we are wasting. Other than this the high marks were for the unsulfured banana and the delivery. Keep these up and please improve plastic waste and quality control of mango slices or any food choices.”

“Not exactly what I was expecting, disappointed. I have been in search of a replacement to dark chocolate coconut bites, which I have previously purchased. These pieces are considerably bigger, and the chocolate is more of a dusty coating. Oh well...”

“This is been one of the most frustrating orders I ever made. I was very excited to order these mangoes for our business. If this worked out we were going to order more in the future. However, I’m getting no notifications on shipment and delivery. I have no idea if this is coming in a few days a few weeks a few months. It’s already been almost 2 weeks. In addition I tried calling the phone number with no help.There’s no way to look up order history or find out what’s going on. This is beyond frustrating.”

“I bought a STRAWBERRY package in Costco while visiting Washington state of (16 or 18 ounces), you are NOT available in my home town of NewYork. So I googled and purchased from you directly on line. Very disappointed in the tiny quantity of (6 or 8 ounces) for the same price.”

“I ordered the Goji berry's, my family all thought they seemed sour, not like the normal dried fruits they sell. I asked if they have a satisfaction guarantee, they said 10% off my next order. Not what I had in mind. Not real customer friendly.”
