Not next day for delivery as promised all over the website, mine took 6 days to arrive and they left it out in the rain not close to my front door,where there is cover. Ignored emails and phone call was constantly on hold. No communication about when the package would arrive. Was meant to be a present but it arrived too late to give it. Terrible customer service and seems like they really don't care.

Rubbish company ordered beer in November wrong beer delivered, been unable to resolve issue. Offered a 50% refund, never happened. Offered to collect wrong beer, never happened. Stuck with wrong beer, charged full price. Take ages to reply to email, if they bother at all. Never use them, dreadful customer service, don’t care, just ignoring me now

Awful company. Deliveries take weeks to arrive, items missed from order and they respond with generic emails without actually reading them. Avoid at all costs.

DON'T ORDER !!! Poor, poor customer service. I ordered The Beer Advent Calender on 25th Oct and it's still not arrived !! It's been sent to the wrong address twice. I've tried phoning but never get through and have sent numerous e.mails which promise to be answered but nothing. Now time to cancel my order and try and get my money back. What a waste of time. Really dissapointing !!

First order was damaged and you can't get hold of people on the phone but email was sent and replacement was sent out great product draft beer at home and the kegs are sent back for reuse £5 back on the kegs well done beer hawk

Don’t order....... I ordered 3 of same item and they only delivered 1. Customer service is poor. Have been ringing and ringing numerous times and nobody answers phone. I have emailed twice(it says on courtesy email someone will reply within 1 day) no response from either email. Wish I had read reviews before I ordered.

Very poor customer service, courier delivered items to another house by mistake 20 minutes drive from where I live , they asked me to go and collect it from there! Rather than just arrange a replacement parcel and request the return of the other parcel I now have to wait for the parcel to be collected from the wrong address and then redelivered to me , which is likely to take up to a week , most companies would have just simply resent the order and apologised for the mistake, won’t be shopping there again.

Ordered starter kit Tuesday night plus extra keg and they arrived Thursday, waiting on chiller to cool beer, all good up to now, many thanks 🍺🍺 Can’t see any beer tokens yet.

The next day delivery 'promise' is unfortunately a lie. Bad way to attract customers because they won't stick with you when they realise. Good concept but need to work on customer service based on the reviews. I prefer something like Beer 52 to a company that draws you in misleading advertising.

After getting the information that my box had been smashed for the second time i obviously asked for a refund, then I get an email 2 weeks later informing me that it has been delivered, it wasn't!! I emailed beerhawk AGAIN, only to be told that it wasn't delivered because i requested the refund. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, they have no idea what they are doing, the customer service is pathetic at best. 24hrs my a+se, try 24 days if you get any luck with time wasted on email and calls YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Replaced items that were still in stock on a beer pack with lesser value items. Ergo making the cost of the pack cheaper to do so separately.

You reviewed Beer Hawk Douglas Ballard 8 reviews Glasgow, GB Just now Terrible service and misleading marketing of the so called party case I was unable to review a case of beer named as Crafty Party Pack on there page so will leave that review I this space as well so folk know what to expect. Firstly I'll leave my honest review of Beerhawk since December. Firstly I ordered a party case guaranteed for New Years Eve as my contribution to our celebrations this didnt arrived until 6th January, customer services did nothing at all. I then ordered some beers for the superbowl with some credit I'd accrued from returning empty kegs, items where missing from this box, on this occasion they posted out the missing item but really couldn't have cared about it. As for today I had to call to chase up tracking details as the website never tells you when an order is dispatched etc. Finally got my Crafty Party Pack which consisted of 10 American Pale Ale 10 Sour fruit Beers and 10 Lagers, as a craft beer lover myself this would have been nice apart from the fact the Pale ales where 2.2% alcohol and the sour beer was 3.8%. I checked the page to see if I'd missed something and no mention at all of low alcohol beers, I called to be told well pass your comments on, I tried to leave a review o the page and it wouldnt allow me to despite trying numerous times and having a chat remotely with the same person I spoke to earlier made some excuse it was a new system and to clear cookies etc. So in summary the service isn't the greatest the majority of the time the beers great, this time However not. Below is the review I tried to leave on there page just in case a member of senior management happens to read this. Firstly the Mikeller Pale Ale is not what I expect from a pale ale with its alcohol being a shandy sized 2.2%, the Orange sour beer weighing in at 3.8% is still low but reasonable and the lager which I've had before is the best part of this case. I contacted the lady who basically told me there was nothing she could do as it is listed on the site as low alcohol. Yet the email and the description for the case doesnt mention low alcohol at all. If I could find somewhere else that supplied the perfect draft kegs my business would go elsewhere. Certainly misleading advertising as a crafty party pack, more like a crafy way to get rid of stuff they cant sell

I ordered 3 beer advent calendars that came with gift vouchers. When I wanted to use the gift vouchers they didn't work, so I contacted beer hawk took a few days to reply saying that they looked more like discount codes than gift vouchers, I pointed out that it said gift voucher near the codes and on their description on their website. Since pointing out that this was misleading to the consumer as the trading agency states on their website, I am now being ignored.

AVOID BEER HAWK AT ALL COSTS YOU WONT GET YOUR PRODUCT OR MONEY BACK. Ordered large amount of beer using next day delivery and still waiting for a parcel nearly 2 weeks after ordering. They are impossible to contact unless you are ordering and never contact you back. Seeking a refund which I'm having to fight a case on Paypal for. Next step legal action. I have spent hundreds and hundreds with this company and their service has gradually got worse and worse to the point that I will never use them again! Absolutely useless and couldn't care less about their loyal customers. Go elsewhere to avoid total frustration. If things go wrong with this company forget ever getting it sorted! Even worse, they won't refund you when they have not supplied the goods. Check out the terrible feedback on Trustpilot, Yell and Google. Trading standards need to look at this company who I will be contacting.
