Sadly, my order was late. I was told a day or two after my delivery date that they didn't have the beer to fulfill the order! Also, a few of the cans themselves were crushed, but the stein glass on top was in perfect condition... To me, this would indicate that the cans were crushed before they were boxed and shipped? It's sad because the other order I had had from Beer Hunter was pretty good. This, sadly, has left me thinking that I might not bother in future!!

Disappointing, missing 12 of the beers I ordered the 'free' glass turned up with a broken handle, due to the whole order badly packaged. Basic logistic issue in a busy online market, not a chance they'll hold on, if it continues.

Hi Garry, I am sorry there was an issue with your order. I can see you contacted Customer Services who rectified the missing cans to be promptly dispatched. I can't however see any communication to advise the free glass was damaged. Since your review i have ensure Customer Services contact you.

I am still waiting for my beer. It was dispatched on the 4th July I am sure I will love it and the glass when it arrives though. When my order arrives I will post again

Ordered my beer on Wednesday night for next day delivery only to get it on Saturday and was give £2 refund for delivery should of gave me free delivery the amount I bought very poor

Ordered the jack daniels fathers day set and one of the glass bottles of coke was smashed therefore everything else in the box was sticky and the card i payed for was ruined and contaminated. They sent out a new box with the coke in however the outside of thebottle of jack daniels was ruined and didnt get no refund or replacement so not the best for my first purchase from beer hunter:(

Hi James I am sorry to hear there was an issue with your order, i can see Customer Services were contacted and advised the coke damaged the item. A replacement box and the cans were replaced. I can see no mention of damage to the Jack Daniel Bottle.

Alas my expectations of beer hunters to date has been disappointing. The courier rates are extortionate- I ordered £70 of beer to be met with an additional £10 charge - Asda comparison Vocation offer free delivery to Northern Ireland for orders over £35. My order was delayed- then my order wasn’t fulfilled due to stock shortage. Then I received a slew of emails back after asking about my refund - which was returned in two instalments for some reason. When received what beer I eventually got was well packaged. After complaining I received a 10% “discount” for future orders - this of course will not even cover the additional courier charges incurred by using Beer Hunter. Such a shame

Hi Paul I am sorry to read of your disappointment, i know your points have been discussed and explained by Customer Services. Please do again note the cost of the shipping is determined by where the order is being sent to and are clearly advertised before an item is purchased. I'm sure you will be aware being in Ireland there will be an extra cost to delivery. We do hope you will return and purchase from us in the future

Beer arrived late. I paid for morning delivery of birthday gift but it didn't arrive until afternoon so I was a bit miffed. Not a disaster though, at least I got the beer in the end.

I requested Saturday delivery and paid £11 for this but missed the info around cut off point. I ordered at 4pm on Friday so was not eligible but my money was still taken. On realisation of this mistake I made contact and had no reply. I have since contacted with the same result. The delivery finally came 6 days later. I would like to be reimbursed for delivery. Thanks

Personalisex casing good, came quick but has a sticker residue over it when someone has clearly peeled a sticker off and left it on. Emailed them about it but had no response

Delivery company DHL no good tried to wrong address twice Would not have chosen Beer Hunter if had know who delivery company was Beer Hunter communication was good

Good Morning, I am sorry to hear there was an issue with the delivery, i can see from the tracking a couple of attempts were made to the address on the order details. I can also see this is with your neighbour at number 5. I believe Customer services have been in touch to ensure you now have your order.

Order received speedily which was great... however I was extremely disappointed in the product, in particular the font of the print was poor and not in keeping with the actual messaging on the box. I was also shocked that it was only a half bottle of rum in the box and for a price of £35.00 I have found this to be very poor value for money. It does state on the advert a 35cl bottle therefore I would encourage people buying to be aware of this as if I had been I wouldn't have purchased. Sorry.

I purchased as a gift for a friend. But delivery was so slow that I missed his birthday. .... all they have to do is put some cans in a box and put it in the post.... Next time I will just go to Tescos and make my own gift set. Nothing unique about the service.

Even in COVID times, 10 days to get an order is rubbish. Customer service good at chasing up order, but still, lucky I wasn’t throwing a party!

Having ordered a gift set. It gave me the option to add extras. Order arrived but extras didn't. I have contacted about this & noone has got back to me. Therfore I've lost money.

I ordered four boxes of beer to be delivered, next day delivery, to clients and colleagues. Three arrived fine and the packing, and beer was very good. The fourth is yet to arrive, almost a week later. Communication from Beer Hunter with Beer Hunter has not been forthcoming, I had to flag that the beer didn't arrive and I haven't had a confirmation of delivery or even timings for the final package. It's been a pretty poor customer experience.
