Very poor customer service from this company. Waited 3 weeks and counting for a LGP conversion kit for new oven so can not have it installed. When you ring up they just give lots of stories why things are delayed . I will never buy a Beko product again.

Have experienced lots of problems with a new Beko washing machine. An engineer has inspected it but it's still causing issues. What annoys me most, is how Beko removed my negative review from Trustpilot. This doesn't help matters.

Bought a Washing machine of them November last year. It was my first Beko product and have a horrible experience. It stopped working after 4 and a half months. Kept calling customer care, I have already registered the product, still asking for more details every time I ring them but never willing to help even after a whole month of phone calls and stuff. Doggy products and people, won’t recommend at all.

I had never had a Beko appliance but the kitchen designer used three of them and quite honestly they are awful. The dishwasher bottom pull out always comes off the runners which sounds minor but when heavy with plates is a total pain to try to get it back on its runners. The small under counter fridge has an issue with the ice box. Currently awaiting 4th engineer visit, the door, seal and lock have been changed twice but here we are two months later, four lost days of work and the ice is not contained within the box and it drips water like a tap into the fridge. However rhe worst part, worse then the actual build quality of the goods is the "customer service". Absolute no idea and provide the same stinted lines, presumable read from an automated script. If you haven't already made a purchase, please don't bother. My advise would be to avoid Beko at all costs.

I am so disappointed in the customer service and the quality of the appliances from Beko. I purchased 4 new Beko appliances from Warners Stellian, and it has been a nightmare. ALL 4 of the appliances are not functioning properly. I was told that these were high end appliances and that Beko had a wonderful 2 year warranty. Both of those things were gross misrepresentation. I was told that the gas cooktop had a safety feature where you had to push down to turn the knobs and the knobs would turn blue. I was told that if the knob was turned and the flame was out that the gas would shut off. The gas does not shut off if the flame is not present, and 2 knobs turn freely - a gross misrepresentation of this product. The dishwasher was not installed properly and has a problematic control panel. It is difficult to start it, and even more difficult to restart if opened. It will randomly shut off after it has been started and I will get up in the morning to dirty dishes. The double wall oven has a timer that can only be heard about 2 feet from the unit, and now the control panel has issues. The refrigerator is a total mess. The water dispenser leaks, the left door will not shut properly, the refrigerator is frosting up in the back, freezer is also frosting up, and is off by 15 degrees. I was told these were high end appliances, a gross misrepresentation. I contacted WS and was told that I had to deal directly with Beko. I reached out to Beko and spent a great deal of time giving serial numbers and details of all of the problems and was told that I would be contacted. I did not hear from anybody. I reached out to WS again and was told that they would get someone to contact us from Beko - again, I heard nothing. I reached out to WS management and was assured I would hear from Beko - again I heard nothing. I finally heard from a different company that handles Beko warranties, and eventually a repairman came out. After looking at each of the appliances, he agreed that there were issues with all of them, but was unable to resolve them due to “design flaws”. I have been working hard for a resolution, and have been repeatedly lied to. I was lied to about the quality of the appliances, they are VERY poor quality. I was lied to about the facts of Beko’s warranty, it is terrible. I have been lied to about being contacted or called back. Both the products and the customer service have been awful. I would never purchase another Beko product.

£400+ washing machine, 14 months old, slightly out of warranty, suddenly unusable due to the drum going ‘egg shaped’ and I’m told it’s ’economically beyond repair’. I feel an issue like this must be a design flaw or defect? Very difficult to get through to anyone on phones, massive call queues. Escalated a complaint and I’m still waiting for someone to call me back. Been without a functioning washing machine since 19th Jan due to being messed around by Beko and their third party ‘care and repair’ - who initially were ordering a part, then decided not to but didn’t inform me. Doesn’t seem possible to get this company to have any accountability. I don’t believe the appliance can be said to have lasted a reasonable amount of time or be fit for use as per customer goods act. Based on this experience I would avoid this company in future and would advise anyone else to. £400+ washing machine, 14 months old, slightly out of warranty, suddenly unusable due to the drum going ‘egg shaped’ and I’m told it’s ’economically beyond repair’ by third party after initially telling me a part had been ordered. Very difficult to get through to anyone on phones, massive call queues. Live chat unavailable or not working. Escalated a complaint and was told a manager would contact me within 24-72 hours - didn’t happen. ‘Can’t do anything else’. Without a functioning washing machine for weeks due to being messed around and waiting on call backs that didn’t happen. Left thinking I had no comeback whatsoever as Beko said nothing could be done. Based on this experience of poor customer service and poor product reliability I would avoid this company in future and would advise anyone else to. Would advise anyone with similar issue to contact their retailer rather than manufacturer - at no point was this suggested to me.

Don't ever use this company Don't ever use this company! I bought an oven induction oven from them 18 months ago and it packed in before Christmas. The warranty had run out which was fair enough so I was happy to pay the £135 cost to fix it. An engineer came on the 21/12/23 with was ideal just before the big day! Unfortunately he didn't have the correct parts with him so to my disappointment I was unable to use the oven! He said I'll order the parts for the new year. I've waited patiently for a reply but I've had no response. Decided to contact them myself today 15/1/24 after a 20 minute phone call only to find out that it would cost too much to fix £320 and Beco won't cover it and charged me for the call out £65 and unbeknown to me refunded me £70 to my account. No phone call to tell me all this just let me wait until decide enough and call them myself. No Christmas Day, left me a month, and still can't fix it after only 18 months of use. Terrible service, and poor quality products. I will definitely spend a bit more and use a better company next time. Lesson learnt!

I have 2 Beko products. A fridge that has required 5 new handles in 6 years (totalling more than the original price of the fridge), and a washing machine that broke after 10 months. Both have been refused warranty repairs. Never buying a Beko product again.

Purchased washer/ dryer, still under warranty. Have been trying to have repaired or replaced for last 6 weeks. Customer service NON EXISTENT! 55 minutes on hold to speak to service person who does nothing, and not keep commitment to send out technician. Technician finally comes out, after we follow up 6 times, adn then sends another technician out to replace parts. Works twice and now not working again. Asked for it to be repaired/replaced - heard nothing. Paid for a working washer/dryer, Beko has our money and we have a large pile of metal that doesn't work and is not fit for purpose!!!!!!!! DONT BUY

I HAVE HAD A BROKEN REFRIGERATOR FOR 12 MONTHS (ONLY 8 MONTHS OLD). I bought model BEKRDNT231I30XBN in November 2021. 27 June 2022, with only 8 months old it broke down, I opened incidence to Beko and according to official technical service is a humidity failure in the board, not covered by warranty. I decided to take responsibility for the urgency of having the refrigerator working. We are in June 2023, 12 months have passed!!! and the refrigerator is still damaged, with the plate/repair paid and without estimated repair date because they have no availability/stock of the part. Beko completely disregards, says it is the responsibility of the Technical Service (their official technical service). The service tells me that if Beko does not supply the part. I made the mistake of buying Beko but, if you are reading this it may help you NOT TO BUY BEKO and have a lousy POST-SALES SERVICE.

Beko DEN59420DG Dishwasher. Bought from AO. Lasted a full 15 months before breaking down. Neither Beko nor AO interested in supporting so i either replace or pay expensive repairs. Doesnt feel like a time in the current retail climate to not care for your customers but i am afraid that is their approach. Will never buy beko again. Buyers beware. Very very poor customer service. Now been told that despite being double insulated, the pump has broken. We ranf Beko rung again but still didnt care.

On 14 February 2022, we purchased the BEKO - Pro RecycledTub WDEX8540430B Bluetooth 8 kg Washer Dryer - Black from Curry's and for the majority of the year we used the washing machine fine with no issues at all. This was until the end of October 2022, when the washing machine suddenly cut out mid-cycle and tripped our electrics. As we were still under the guarantee at that point we rang through to the support line and we were directed to North West Appliance Repair, the company you outsource your repair work to. We were booked for an initial appointment and the engineer came out on the 18th November 2022. The engineer ordered a part and left and he was confident that the part he ordered would resolve the issue. The repair was scheduled for 3 weeks later on 8th December 2022. When a different engineer turned up, he fitted the part but the machine was still completely dead, he criticised the previous engineer for missing an 'obvious' thing that all engineers seem to miss and ordered another part which he assured us would fix the issue. We waited then another month for the part to arrive and the engineer to visit on 24th January 2023. Before this engineer even stepped through the front door, he said 'I think we've got the wrong part here', took one look at the machine and that was enough to confirm the wrong part was sent. He was incredibly critical of his own company and Beko, saying that parts were always a nightmare. He said that because we had now been 3 months without a machine he would speak to Beko directly with a view to getting a replacement machine sent out. Since the 24th of January (2 weeks) we have received nothing from either party, in the form of a resolution or even an update. I contacted North West Appliance repair today, only to be told that Beko had closed the case entirely and that I would need to start the process from the beginning! I was put through to Beko directly, and the voice agent let me know that the case had been closed since December, when the original repair was scheduled. Within that call I was asked if I wanted to extend my warranty, despite the fact that Beko has not resolved my issue within the original warranty period. I was offered the chance to open an entirely new case, meaning that I would need to wait at least 2 more months for an engineer to visit and order/fit a new part with no guarantee of a resolution. I was told there was absolutely nothing else that could be done to resolve this issue any quicker, a new machine was not possible despite having had 3 repair appointments and that my best avenue for help was to just buy another machine.

Extremely disappointed with my Beko frost free fridge freezer purchased in July 2020 which has now stopped working so called engineer out at a cost of £134 for a repair and £69 if it can't be repaired. The engineer has been and told me that he is unable to repair the unit and so I spoke to the customer services team to see if they would help but they said that the warranty had lapsed and so there was nothing they could do but surely the unit should last longer than two years, and so for that reason I would not recommend anyone purchasing anything from them. It will be interesting to see how long it takes to get my refund.
