“This company is absolutely terrible. I would never ever order from them again. Make sure shoes are ordered about 6 months in advance because I didn’t get my wedding shoes in time. And exchanges are a nightmare.”

“I didn’t receive my shoes.. UPS called while I was at work and closed the claim the very next day while I was at work. Unreliable delivery. Waste of over $400.”

“Not the most comfortable shoes, but they look gorgeous! Only concern, the strap is short and the shoes are a tad narrow. I would suggest to size up.”

“The shoes have a good quality. The difficulty is returning and exchanging because there is no prepaid label. So you have to mail it yourself and follow up with the refund which I found it time consuming and challenging.”

“Extremely expensive, slow service, and poor quality control. They are beautiful-but inconsistent. I received the first pair with 4+ missing rhinestones, did an exchange (took 2 weeks or more to receive), and the new pair is still missing a rhinestone. Not what you would expect at this price point.”

“I Absolutely loved the shoes!. They are elegant, beautiful and classy. They were are very comfortable. I purchased the Estelle Chiffon Butterfly Kitten Heel with Ankle Straps. Beautiful. I also purchased the Adora clear flats. Love them!!”

“Gorgeous and true to size. I spent 4 months going back and forth on whether to get these shoes and in the end, I’m glad I did it! I got the heel stabilizers to allow me wear them for longer and ended up wearing them for about 2 hours at a stretch. They’re definitely not for dancing the night away but they’re stunning and look great in pictures.”

“I recommend Bella Belle Shoes 100%. Their products are beautiful and conform to the description. The customer service is impeccable and very understanding. The only thing I could fault with the shoes is that they are not that comfortable (Aurora model). I wore them to my wedding and my feet hurt after 3 hours.”

“Unique shoes. I received a lot of compliments for my wedding. For me, they were also very comfortable. I can’t wait to wear them again. The only downside is the price - I cab imagine only buying them for special occasions.”

“Terrible! SO cheap!!!! DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES!!! This company is scamming brides. The shoes are cheap Payless shoes from China. They smell awful like chemicals and are not well made or comfortable as claimed. They have NO right charging $300-$400 for $50 shoes. I had a horrible experience. Never again! Buy Sarah Flint instead. They actually deliver on quality for similar price point.”
