“I purchased 4 items in February after receiving none of them I dug thru google to get a customer service #. Spoke to a POS that I couldn’t understand. He said both of my orders were cancelled because of them coming from China. I told him just refund my CC. He said he could not do that. He told me to go to my PC and download something to fill out and they will refund. When I started to download it I realized it was the app TeamViewer. This is an app that allows him access to my computer (as we use this for work). I told him I will not download it as he is a scammer that wants nothing more than to get access to my computer. When I told him I was gonna call police he hung up on me. Now I am trying to dispute charges with my CC”

“BEWARE, DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE AT BERRYLOOK!
I will give them one star for their smart crooked a..; Berrylook should be shut down to protect people spending hard earned money on their products. I have three reasons for that;
1. Their sizes are way too small to be compared to any other size we are used to in North America. Yet they present customers with US sizes;
2. The quality of their items is nothing like they advertise; if you buy a leather shoe, you get a rubber something, that's if you are lucky enough to get something shipped to you; the same goes for the colour of what you ordered,
3. They never address your concerns if you write to them to complain of (1), (2) above and delays in shipment.
They sure have no business ethic at all.”
“Placed 2 orders and never received them. Emailed with no response. Finally got customer service number off google. Called them. They told me orders were cancelled since from
China. Told me they would refund me to go to my computer and they will talk me thru downloading a form. What they had me download was an app called team viewer (which by chance we use at work) to have a supervisor get into our computer at home if having a problem. Once I downloaded it. He asked me for ID number which enables him access to my computer. Told him he is not getting my ID number. He got very angry with me. Said he was going to call the police because I told him he was a scam. He hung up on me. Never ever use this site berrylook”
“First of all I order some crystal rhinestone gym shoes on January the 31 st.... and in February I got an email telling due to high volume the gym shoes would be delayed so I called the federal trade commission and today I got the gym shoes in the mail and they are glitter gym shoes not crystal rhinestones..... glitter is all over the floor coming of the gym shoes please don’t do business with them they are a scam and poor business people... and their website is a big fake.”

Last July I purchased four items which arrived a few weeks later, all pure thrash , the worst rubbish ever, all far too small as well. I returned them immediately and so far 9 months later they haven't refunded me. My Order No = E1221423 cost was = €67.68 and return postage cost me €19 Total expense = €86.68 But not to worry I will continue to review them sending warning messages out to everyone until my money is refunded. So be wise and don't atempt to waste your money with these crooks.”
“This place is a scam. I purchased a long sleeve floor length v-neck white maxi dress, and received a blue striped knee high t-shirt dress. Not to mention I paid for 3-5 day shipping, and received it in over two weeks. When I addressed this issue with customer service their resolution was to offer me at first a $12 voucher (the purchase cost about $65 by the end of it all). When I responded saying that is unacceptable they then offered a $9 refund. Again, unacceptable. They finally said if I send it back and pay for shipping they will refund me the dress (not the express shipping that was a total lie) so long as the dress was not worn... the condition the dress came in was awful, it was quite wrinkly, so who knows what their discerning eyes will decide if it does go back in the exact same condition - will the fact that it is the wrong dress factor in? So many reasons why they can decide not to refund, and all were out of my control. Anyhow, I learned this lesson the hard way, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, it is a scam, they will send you garbage that is not even in the same universe as what you see online, and make it impossible to get a refund.”

“I ordered a pair of shoes and 3 men’s XL shirts. The shirts are so small. The shoes feel like they are made from cardboard. I emailed my concerns and asked for my money back and instructions on how to return the items. The asked me to take pictures of the items and send to them which I did. They emailed me back saying they would give me a credit of $10 to use on their site and I could keep the items. Are you kidding me? I did not like what I received why would I order more? I told them I just wanted my money back. They then emailed me stating they would give me a $10 refund. I’m so upset. I’m attaching a photo where you can see the difference of a men’s L and a so called XL of theirs.”
“If I could give them a NEGATIVE rating I will. Bought 4 items, based the sizes from their size chart. Received products after 4 months and NOTHING fit. The information being given on the size guide is inaccurate. I kept one item and just decided to give it to a friend and returned the 3 others. Contacted them through e-mail and they keep on sending me the same emails asking for tracking number. I mailed out the returns, items were delivered and accepted. I printed and emailed to them the proof of delivery. That was like a month ago. NO REPLY FROM THEM. I sent them emails everyday. I even went to the extent of threatening them that I will report them to BBB if no refund will be given to me. Didn't work. Never heard from them again. This is a lesson learned for me. Now I think my $160.00 is money down the drain. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!! You will regret it..”
