“I wouldn't even give them 1 star , brought 2 pairs of boots they arrived 3 weeks later and I cried , I spent 60 GBP , to return them it'll cost me £25.06 , I'm gutted , the company take your money but won't give you it back . There items are such poor quality , how can they get away with selling this rubbish? The photos on line are lovely , the products are disgusting smelly and very very poor quality . I'm so upset as I was buying myself a gift, I have become a recluse ever since I was diagnosed with lung disease in 2020. I just wanted 2 pairs of nice winter boots so when I go to appointments I don't look like a mess . Unfortunately my goal didn't go well did it . They smell, the souls are so flimsy and so is the plastic stuff they've used for the calfs etc. The fit is way too small these aren't adult boots at all, the photos are what I received, the screen shot images are what I thought I was buying . No refund they keep fobbing Me off”
“Wish I could give zero stars and warn everyone. The Quality was a joke. They are quite smart in their deception, however. In a tremendous stretch of the imagination, it resembles the photos so proving the inferiority of the product with pictures alone is difficult. I did return the products to the only address I had, the return on the package, they said I should have returned it to an address in China after the fact that I no longer had said cheapo products in my possession.
They contested my credit card company, saying they sent the items. Horrible products and accountability from the company. Beware, beware, beware!”

The worst of the costume services, there is no way to contact them to ask about the orders already paid, they only have the via email and writing to them is for pleasure. NEVER ANSWER! I ordered several clothes for 5 weeks and nothing has reached me, nor have I been able to contact them. They send you on their website to the order tracking list and what you can see there is the same from the first day you bought, totally deactivated! DO NOT BUY IN THAT STORE IT IS A SCAM!”

“I gave this one star which is one star too much. However, I believe you have to check a star in order to write a review. I think it would be nice if all on-line consumers had to read reviews of a company before they ordered anything. I was fooled by the lovely blouses and dresses which popped up when I was shopping on other sites.
I made the mistake of ordering 3 blouses and one dress. All items took forever to separately arrive. There were no tags in any of the clothes and no shipping invoice in any of the packages. The labels on the outside of the package had several stamps on them, appeared as if the packages had been mailed somewhere before they were relabeled and shipped to my home. There was no return address on any of the packages. Blouses were cheaply made and see-through. Nothing as shown in pictures. One of the blouses had a tie at the v-neck in the front, which was suppose to be fastened in a bow. The bow had been sewn in backwards so that it tied inside out. But the best item of all was the dress. It looked lovely online and I was going to wear it to a wedding. My husband looked at it online and thought it was really beautiful. It had a black, red, and white block design with a fitted top that flared out to a tea length skirt. Well it didn't arrive until a month after the wedding, however, that was a blessing. I'm a small woman about 5' 3" and 100 lbs. The top of the dress would have been tight on an averaged size 8 years old; and the material it was made of reminded me of those nylon flags people fly from their porches. Maybe I take the dress to a NASCAR race and wave it! Hope this review helps some poor unsuspecting consumer to avid Berry Look!”
“Absolutely horrible quality. Should have known it was too good to be true. Ordered six shirts, two had black stains on them and extremely poor stitching. None of the shirts were sized as labeled. I made the mistake of reading the reviews after waiting over a week for a confirmation of my order. I figure one shirt is a keeper. Buyer beware!”

“If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered two coats from this company. The first arrived (after 6 weeks) and it fit fine. The second arrived a couple of weeks later and even though it says it's the same size it looks 2 to 3 sizes smaller. I tried to return it and they told me it would be cost prohibitive to return it so they would like to refund 1/2 my money and I keep the coat. I told them I wanted a full refund. Had I known it was coming out of the country, I would not have bought it.”

There is literally no real response or a way to manage an order effectively. As far as I can tell this company operates unethically and purely a scam that is flying under the radar and should not be in business today based on basic consumer rights.
