“This is not a review it’s just to say that it’s been a few days and I still don’t have confirmation email to say my order has been shipped and as it doesn’t say on the website I was wondering how long does this process normally take”

“I am giving a one star because even though I got my order delivered quite quickly, it was incomplete. Half of my order is missing! I ordered 2 lots of the 144pcs with the free gift but only got delivered one. I have made several attempts to contact the company with the details of my order but have received no response whatsoever. I paid for 2 orders but only got one and I am extremely disappointed that my efforts to have this resolved have been met with silence from the company. I need this resolved asap with either the rest of my order shipped to me or a refund for the products I did not get.”

“Ordered on 8th of August, Order #1486 Still no delivery of the package after 2 weeks in the Netherlands. Lat 5 Days no response from besafe on the delivery status. Bad logistics and customer service sofar.”

“Awful service. I was charged yet didn’t receive the product. I’ve sent 4 emails over the course of 3 weeks and have been ignored. The email address given on website doesn’t exist. All seems like a scam to me.”

“Ordered two weeks ago, was sent an email to say they have been shipped and haven’t heard anything since. I tried to contact them last week but haven’t had a reply so tried again on a different email and received an email back saying their server refuses to accept the email.”

“I have never received the products I have ordered. I turned out they were sent back due to a house-number missing on the address. Despite my best tries to contact BeSafe (on their different email addresses), I got no response. The package still rests nicely in the depot waiting for their pickup/resend (it's held on their instruction if you can believe Royal Mail). Awful (non-existent) costumer service.”

“Well where should i begin... The condoms are alright, they state extra lube but in reality they are slightly less lubey than average. The day was 31st October 2016, i got a hotel room for me and the missus and brought a box of 3 ArouseMe condoms. Push came to shove and my girl was clawing at me for the feel of my penis inside her. I tore off the plastic on the box and put my fingers inside to pull out a condom but what do i find? Just the paper guide on how to use condoms?!?! But no actual condoms inside. As a result i was unable to have sec which put a large downer on what should have been a perfect night, thanks BeSafe. Very dissatisfied with your service.”

“I'm still waiting for my order even though I placed it last week and it said it would be arriving first class. I go to university this Saturday and it's probably still not going to have arrived so I'm not going to get it in time. Very annoyed and upset with this service and am definitely going to tell be about how bad it was.”

“Whilst using a besafe 'love me' condom and then at a later date, an 'arouse me' condom, it split completely during use, leaving just a ring of material around the base of the penis. I have used close to 100 other besafe condoms without incident but this has made me question the efficacy of them. They are all a tight fit but all (including these ones) are put on carefully without any air bubbles or excessive stretching. They were also fresh out of the box which was kept in a drawer since purchase. As this was the only method of protection used, my girlfriend had to seek a method of emergency contraception which has left her with painful side effects and both of us out of pocket. Neither of these would have been a problem if the condoms had worked properly in the first place. Would have considered buying again but now after the second incident I would not trust any of Besafe's products. Also very disappointed in their customer service as I contacted them after the first breakage and they did not reply.”
