“Was referred via a special offer for free roadside breakdown cover for one car for the household. As my partner didn't have any cover we tried this out. Great reviews, quick and easy to join, additional extras if you want any and cancel whenever you like. Feels like a very modern flexible company.”

“Boiler fault diagnosed and repaired successfully. The only down-side was the length of time it took to effect the repair; reported on the Sunday, guy came out on the Monday, diagnosed the fault and said an air pressure switch was required and left. Tuesday, nothing, chased Tuesday evening. Wednesday, the guy returned and fixed the fault. Great, but three days without heating and hot water during the recent cold snap tempers the marking.”

“Recently had my first boiler service since joining Besmart, was very satisfied with all aspects, everything necessary was explained to me. Engineer was courteous and as far as I'm aware efficient. Would recommend this company to a friend.”

“My boiler was fixed within 3 days of first call. Engineers came on first day of problems, at a convenient time for me. Did have to chase be smart as my call out was canceled by mistake. Gina the call handler contacted me regularly with updates, and was very friendly.”
