Best Buy is the greatest! I just bought a phone and an Apple Watch The buying experience was excellent! They also accepted a price match The young men that assisted me were knowledgeable, patient and friendly !!!

Had Andrea as my Customer Service person here in Martinsburg WV. She was very helpful. I purchased a new computer and wanted to trade in my very old one and she explained how the process works. Since there was only 2 computers left (they were on sale for a very good price) she told me to buy my new computer and when I do a factory reset on my old computer to bring it in and she'd do an adjustment to my receipt. Great Service!

Absolutely horrible after sales service. I would not buy again at Best Buy no matter the price. The sales associate was great until she took our payment. After that she was MIA. Delivery service and Geek Squad service is deplorable. My husband has been waiting 4 hours on the phone with no response.

Be extremely careful if you buy anything online from Best Buy! Unlike Amazon that has free shipping for returns and full refund, or Costco which has 100% guarantee - The Best Buy Marketplace policies are horrendous - if you buy something and return it - you have to pay for shipping to return it on your dime and then they add a restocking fee. Even if you never opened the box! Disgusting!!!

went to Best Buy in Surprise Az. today to pick up a brand new in the box never opened 55 inch TCL QLED . Would you believe when I got home and took it out of the box it had no power cord or remote, so I returned the tv back to the store where I was accused of stealing the power cord and the remote .I was told by a snotty little girl who claimed to be the manager that I would have to pay for the missing parts $65.00 and that I would need to contact TCL TO GET MY MONEY BACK... WHEN I ASKED IF THEY HAD A OPEN BOX I was told that they didn't have any but they found a cord and a remote to start the tv to make sure that it was working Well long story short when I contacted LCL THEY TOLD ME THAT Best Buy SHOULD HAVE TACKEN CARE OF THE PROBLEM ..They were no help ..Better shop at WALMART from now on , or Costco ,they don't have a problem with returns

The worst most inefficient, rude company Iā€™ve ever had to deal with. I will never use them again.They have canceled twice were a month late. When the dishwasher arrived they never took it out of the truck told me it was damaged. Iā€™ve called 10 times trying to get a refund. They saying it may take a month. What a way to deal with long time clients.

So absolutely NO problem chargingĀ me again for your mistake, but I'm told the manager can't even issue a refund or credit so I can purchase the product right there.
