I had a friend of mine purchase Arlo Ultra 2 4k 3-camera bundle from Best buy at 4906 Town Center PKWY Jacksonville Florida 32246 and with in 1 week the rechargable batteries begun to die. So I uninstalled them when I had time to take them back. The store manager was rude and without even asking questions, he stated that there was a 15 day return policy. He did not state that it's on most items, nor did he see if my item fit into a category to where they could be returned. The Arlo product reads "3 month trial". Terrible customer service, rude employee and a horrible product.

We’re to start. Lies all lies. From the web site showing one product and describing Something different. Then do a curbside pick up lol. You’ll have to go in to pick up your order. If you call customer service and talk to Dave he will tell you anything to get you off the phone. Like yes I’m in the York pa store lol but his kids are in the back ground playing. After returning to the York store was told the modem 1.4 is the same as 1.0 lol. Then all of the sudden according to Dave the store had 6 of the 1.4 modems in stock he’s pulling one now to be exchanged.Guess what at the store there is no Dave and they don’t have in house customer service lol. And they don’t have any 1.4 in stock surprise lol. So all I can say is work at Best Buy part of you job is to lie lie lie. DONT BUY STUFF FROM BEST BUY unless you like being lied too.

Billed three times for a single product. They busted my credit card limit, make me encounter fees for it and dont want to refund the extra charges. Customer service is of no help. I do not suport fraudulent practices like this. I will never shop at Best Buy ever again.

Best Buy STOLE & LIED to us $200! Do NOT order from this HORRIBLE COMPANY! We never received the package. FedEx shows a photo of a house that isn't even OURS. We do not even live in a house! We called, explained the home in the photo is not ours, a quick google search can prove this. They stated after being on hold many times, and an hour later a refund would be made and a confirmation email would be sent within 24hrs. After 3 days and no email, we chatted to see an update to be immediately told no case was ever documented of our call. We were more less called liars by the chat rep, and told to file a police report?! Are you kidding me? So your motto is to lie to your customers saying you’re refunding them to get them to go away and hope they never notice? I’m sorry but that’s sickening. You stole from your customers, you lied to your customers, your chat rep was a rude, horrendous to us claiming no record, no note, nothing of our call was made. That’s beyond messed up business. You’ve wasted our time, our money, and stole from us. We will not be letting this drop and heard everywhere.

I placed an order for my sons birthday gifts. I received the first order through UPS, but not the second order from FedEx. I tried to live chat for days in a row, could never get ahold of anyone as the wait time kept increasing. I called and was on hold for 18min, total phone call was over 40 I believe. It was incredibly hard to communicate with their customer service, and was told a refund would be made. After I was on hold again, they claimed they had to submit a FedEx claim and it would take days to receive a response back. I was told I wouldn’t receive a refund nor replacement, let alone in time for my sons birthday. I do NOT have the funds to repurchase in time for his party, let alone pay double for the same items I did order. I blame Fedex, but I also blame Best Buy for not having its customers backs in this situation. I feel robbed, humiliated I wasted this much time for nothing to be resolved, I really don’t know how we are going to recover from this loss. Do NOT order from Best Buy. They don’t care about you after they have your money. It’s out of their hands.

I ordered an Apple Watch on the last day of the $70 off offer. The next day Best Buy cancelled the order saying the information I provided on the order was suspect. I called Best Buy and was told I must call the bank to see why the payment was rejected. The bank said the order was paid to Best Buy but the money was returned by Best Buy the next day cancelling the order. The offer of $70 off was over on midnight the day I placed the order, so, I called Best Buy and asked if they made a mistake by cancelling the order and could I please get the watch now at $70 off. Best Buy agent placed me on hold while they checked why the order was cancelled and the give me the original offer again. I was on hold for about 5 minutes. They hung up on me without getting back to me.

Extremely Dangerous to buy from Best Buy. It can off shoot and they can charge you without delivering the product and claim that they have delivered. My experience with Best buy has been horrible and they just made me suffer to get a refund after they misplaced my order and kept me hanging by committing that they will refund but at the end did not refund my 900.99 USD. I lost this money for free because of their unethical false claims of delivery of the order. They talk softly with customer but they don't shy away from tricking you and loot you when they mismanage shipments. They tied up with FedEx which is another company who have no value towards customers. I would suggest not to buy on this platform. Once trouble catches you they will dump you and they wont care about the customers. Please have some shame on the cheap tricks that you play with your customers !!

I will never purchase another product online with Best Buy. Despite the numerous calls and communication I had with several Best Buy customer service agents on the phone to make sure the mini-fridge appliance will be delivered to my apartment door with signature as opposed to dropping it off in the building lobby/mailroom like a piece of package, delivery drivers still failed to follow the specified delivery instruction when I had paid almost $100 delivery fee online. But what's even worse is to discover that the bottom of the manufacturing box was completely ripped like a loose cap, purposely delivered a piece of junk that's already damaged/used !!! I'm so amazed & disgusted about the indecency of customer service.

After seeing a tv mis priced $1000 at store 1475 north Jacksonville Fla,I was lied to then lied on by GM Blake Chaulkins. Ignored by several member of the corporate leadership after several emails. And finally blocked from leaving a review from their website and well as having my 2 reviews removed. The one person (Daniel) from customer care only believed the lies Chaulkins told him . I really didn’t want anything other than to be heard but after all the for mentioned actions I now believe a formal apology by Chaulkins is justified. I will continue to do business with Best Buy only when it’s convenient for me but never with store 1475 and I make it my mission to share my experience with my customers daily as well as show them the evidence I’ve collected

I placed a laptop order on Cyber Monday, to be delivered by UPS in two days, then I received an email that the carrier company is returning back my order due to incomplete address on the package done by best buy, they sent an email that my order has been canceled and they will refund me the money , I called cc that I don't want refund and I need my order, they mentioned you will get a confirmation email when your order is ready, which I never received!!!! Then everyday they mention wait for tomorrow, and opsss offer is ended and laptop price now is over 1000$ and there is a hold on my order so cc told me cancel your current order and place a new one I don't recommend dealing with this company everrr

I purchased a Roku streaming device. I did not realize that unlike Roku and other retailers who provide a 30 day return allowance, Best Buy only allows 14 days to return. I have had nothing but problems with the device. It often generates an error message requiring me to remove the stick and unplug the tv which is a hassle. I have tried plugging the stick into a few different HDMI slots and it keeps happening. Best Buy won’t take it back and Roku indicated that I need to deal with Best Buy. It’s only a $30 item but it’s frustrating and a matter of principle. I also noticed from comments that others have had this problem as well. Best Buy should be consistent with the manufacturer’s return policy, particularly in light of this being a known common issue. It’s been less than 30 days since purchasing it. In the future, I will do my business with competitors that offer 30 day returns. I have wasted a lot of time on such a small purchase.

Update 10/27: Well I guess third time is not a charm. Received a call from the installer on 10/26 at 5 pm and he asked if we had the microwave. I said no. He said he'd check on it and get back to me. Never called me again. 10/27 came and went and no call from anyone. Wow! What a terrible company Best Buy has turned into. And as far as the three representatives from Best Buy are concerned (Eduardo Bouchan, Justin Quan and William Venable), they never reached out again after my initial email. Instead, they made this my problem. No credit, no microwave and no install. I think three chances to get it right is more than adequate. Good solid customer service right there. I will never buy anything from Best Buy again. Scheduled a Samsung over the range microwave install on 10/6. I ordered it on 9/30. 10/6 from 9-1 pm came and went. Called at Best Buy at 3:30 pm on 10/6 to find out what happened to be told to call the next day. Install company called me at 4:30 pm on 10/6 and we rescheduled for 10/11 between 9-1 pm again. 10/11 came and went again. Called Best Buy on 10/11 around 2:30 pm and after waiting on hold for 25 minutes while the CSR called the install company, the call disconnected and not returned. I called back once again and this really nice CSR said I will be contacted by a supervisor. She was actually more fed up than I was. Eduardo Bouchan called and apologized. He said they would give me a $50 credit and take care of rescheduling the install with a different company. After three days went by neither happened. I rescheduled the install myself through the app. I sent a detailed email to Eduardo Bouchan and copied Justin Quan and William Venable and as Eduardo instructed. I never received a response back and seemed like I was ghosted by all three. How about that award winning customer service? It’s just too bad. I’ve been using Best Buy since the 90s and never seen such awful customer service. We will see how the install goes on 10/27. Maybe third time is a charm.

I will NEVER give best buy by business EVER AGAIN. Purchased a Whynter ARC-148MS for delivery through the rebate program LA Power and Water offered. It's a portable A/c. I got a big discount. They PRETENDED to deliver it but it never came. I was home. No one came to my door. or my mailbox. Then I was told a replacement would be delivered on Oct 13th. I WAITED all day- it never came. Then they told me it would come by Oct 17th (between Oct 14-17). Didn't come. Called for a supervisor and the lady kept telling me "I'll have someone call you back" I kept telling her I'll wait. Finally got FAYAS on the phone and his horrible service/supervising. I told him I'll pick it up... he said there are none to pick up. I point out "It says if I order online I can pick it up by Oct 25th at the closest store." Suddently now I can't pick it up. Basically- they gave me a bigger discount then they wanted and now they are trying not to give me my purcahse. Best Buy- You're not the only game in town- Do yourself a favor- check B&H and other online options. Cheaper, better service, faster delivery and no headache.

I just had the worst experience ever with Best Buy. I ordered a e-bike on 8/20/22 with delivery and installation for 8/27/22. Today I got a call from the technician at 8:45 AM stating that he is on his way to pick up the product from Best Buy Orange and he will be at my house around 9:30 AM. At 9:15 AM, he called back stating the e-bike did not arrive at the store and for me to get hold of Best Buy Customer Service see what is going on. I called Customer Service, I was told they will bring the bike by 4:00 PM and a technician will call me when they are on their way. At 3:30, called BB again, I was told they do not know why I was told they will bring the bike because the bike is not in stock. What??? I was flat out lied a couple of times today. This is the worst Customer service ever. Please take your business somewhere else. Not worth your time and money. I spent almost 8 hours trying to get a status on my order to come to the end where they reschedule me for 2 months out. Absolutely ridiculous!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BEST BUY. UNFAIR BUSINESS POLICIES. DONT GET RIPPED OFF. AVOID BEST BUY. I purchased a simple $500 laptop on line from Bad BUY. It was to be shipped to my home. I received numerous emails informing me that it is shipping, then updated to delayed, then another "arriving soon" then another "delayed". It is a nightmare attempting to speak with a human being for customer service. I call local store. They say cannot help me because it is "shipping" to my home. 10 days later it arrives at my house, box damaged, re-taped. I did not open the box. I take it to local Bad Buy store. Tell them this is how it arrived to my house. I do not "trust" this electronic device/laptop when it arrives like this. They open the box. The internal box that holds the computer is dented/damaged. Person at counter evens says, "Yes, I would not trust this, wow." They have the exact same laptop at the store. The store manager tells me that he CANNOT give me that some computer because it is no longer "on sale". WHAT? ARE YOU SERIOUS? AFTER ALL OF THIS, NO FAULT OF MY OWN AND YOU WANT TO CHARGE ME A HIGHER PRICE! $300 MORE? GREAT customer service Bad BUY! I will go higher up. You have not heard the last of me. Do not go through the poor experience I have had. Make your purchase somewhere else.

The folks in the stores are great; online and phone systems suck. If possible, would give zero or negative stars. The folks in the stores are great; helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The phone system totally prevents you from contacting the store or getting any help. When you reach someone, they give you info you already have, tell you nothing you don’t already know, do not help at all, and give you no way to improve the situation. If you can buy at a store, good place to buy. If all your transactions are remote, you will likely be up the creek. The phone, e-chat, and computer systems are designed to prevent communication, to frustrate, and deter resolution. Best Buy obviously cares not at all about customer relations. Edit: on the evening of the day I was supposed to have picked up my appliance I received a text/email, dated one day prior, that it would not be ready for pickup. Not a big help after the fact. Edit: My order was so delayed, that credit card authorization ran out. Email/text told me to update payment info on order. Clicked on link; no place or way to update payment info. Had to go to store to pay and keep them from cancelling my order. Horrible system; horrible abuse of customers. Update: Now two month late, supposedly (as of a month ago) able to pick up in four days. I understand the chip shortage and necessary accommodations. No order status updates available online or in app. No-one to speak to. Absolutely a black hole of no information, without even some Hawking radiation to indicate any info to be had. Update: 2 days rigor to supposedly being able to pick up the appliance: no update; no info.

*** RISK TO FAMILY SAFETY / FIRE HAZARD INSTALL*** First off, our sales rep was amazing. Staci really went out above and beyond to provide wonderful customer service. She kept us up to date on the delivery of the product, the site visit, and the install date. She has also helped funnel the information about our situation to the right people to ensure management is aware. On the other hand, the contractor assigned for the installation has caused major damage to our house. Recently had an oven installed and it did not go well. The oven smoked up the house, the contractor left paper attached to the oven, damaged the wall, and shoddy wirework. The installation is a fire hazard and not up to code. The contactor damaged the stovetop and oven when tampering with the wiring. They are both a fire hazard until electrical and drywall are repaired. The unit was damaged upon installation. The contractor wired it incorrectly and the oven smoked and popped. He pulled out the oven and redid the wires but the damage had been done. He said BestBuy will cover the replacement. How could he leave the job knowing this could be a fire hazard and compromise the safety of the family? It's upsetting to think the house could have burnt down because of the faulty installation, injury, or death to the customer/family. The unit is on backorder until July. We (a family of 4) need to figure out how to make meals while we wait for repairs and the replacements. To file a claim we have to process it with Sedgwick Claims Management Services. It took a week calling multiple times a day to get contacted. I did eventually get an email but be ready to deal with a slow process. I am awaiting a response and would like to work toward a resolution. Given the risk involved and damages, we did not proactively receive a call from store leadership with genuine concern and apologies for our inconvenience.

I bought a printer. They sent an email notification that the item will be delivered May 4, at 8PM. At 4:30pm they sent a notification that they made an attempt to deliver my package, but they were unable to leave it for me. I live in a 6-story building and they didn't even attempt to give me a call me to tell me that my order has arrived. I tried to call them, i waited for almost 15 minutes and no response. i tried to use the chat but it notifies that i will be attended within 61 minutes. Its not like i can just wait in front of our building from morning and wait for the delivery to arrive. Very disappointing

Horrible experience at best buy San Diego Mira Mesa Store! On January 22, I purchased an open box (Samsung 75” TV = $2385 + Tax) and part of the deal was to get an extra 20% off the TV price if I purchase a total teach membership for $200 and there was an additional offer to get $500 + $100 egifts card along with that Tv purchase. I completed my purchase on that day and scheduled delivery to be on Feb 2 2022. 2 days later, I was checking the best buy app on my phone for other items and accidently I found out that the same TV has gone on sale "brand new TV, not open box" and the price was way cheaper than the open box item I purchased but not delivered yet. So, I went back to the store before the delivery day and spoke to best buy advisor (Lydell Betty) who was available to help at that time if I can replace my order with a brand-new TV since the TV hasn't been delivered and it would be cheaper than the open box TV. Best buy advisor (Lydell Betty) offered me an additional 20% off and to keep my order as it is without returning or canceling it. He claimed that he can’t apply the extra 20% before the delivery day and promised to owner me that extra 20% after the delivery day (Feb2). He made/wrote a note on his best buy business card and attached to my receipt and signed it for that 20% which states “approved 20% off the $1900 the price of the TV” and he signed it (I’m attaching a copy of that note). I asked him if I could get a store credit for that 20% for a moment and he agreed but thought about it for a second and changed my mind and I told him that I would prefer to get the 20% back to my Best Buy credit card so I will have less debit. Yesterday, Feb 5, I came back to the store to ask for the 20% that I was promised to be giving after the item was delivered. The same bust buy advisor (Lydell Betty) who convinced me to keep the open box and offered me an additional 20% discount met me again and went to a complete denial of his original offer. He refused to owner me an additional 20% discount. He told me if you are not happy you can return the TV. I was shocked and couldn’t believe what was happening at the best buy store. I told him that you’re changing your word, and this is not what we agreed on and that he noted and signed on his business card regarding our agreement. He started arguing with me then he said he would owner me ~ $ 170 back which is 10% not 20%. After I reminded him about our agreement “Lydell Betty” got upset by raising his voice and sounded condescending toward me. Then he said I promised you nothing and you should have got the store credit of that additional 20% at that time. I asked him if he could call his supervisor over so I can escalate my concerns. Then he said I'm the manager here, Then I said I need someone else to speak to but not “Lydell Betty”. Another advisor “Daniel Delgado” heard us and came to us. I explained to “Daniel Delgado” what happened and showed him the receipt showing his colleague's signature and approval for the additional 20%. He “Daniel Delgado” started working on the point of sale and laughing with “Lydell Betty”. He asked if I still have my original egift cards with me and I said I have a $500 gift card (the one I got with the purchase). He “Daniel Delgado” took the gift card from me and said if you want the additional 20% off then he will cancel the $500 gift card otherwise return the TV. “Daniel Delgado” was even more aggressive towards me and asked me to stop talking and I only have 2 options either getting my $500 gift card canceled with the additional 20% off or to return the Tv. I decided to leave the store after being so overwhelmed. I felt very unwelcomed, and I was lied to by best buy advisors - Very unprofessional advisor! It was the worst purchase experience of my life. I called the best buy customer service line and they advised me to reach out to the general manager of Mira Mesa store and explain the story. Today, Feb 6, I went back today to the store to ask for general manager contact information. I walked into the store, and I asked a very pleasant person who was standing inside if I could get the contact information for the GM of the store. luckily that person was the sales manager “Sal Gomez”. He asked me what’s the matter and I explained to him the entire story. “Sal Gomez” listened without interrupting or intimidating me like the other two advisors did the day before. He acknowledged my concerns and apologized for the incident. He issued a 20% additional discount to me and made me a happy customer. “Sal Gomez” is a very professional and amazing person with high ethics. I decided not to ever buy from the best buy store in Mira Mesa but the way” Sal Gomez” handled the situation made me change my mind but I’ll make sure to shop there only if he’s in the store. It was never about the 20% off as much as the horrible experience that I had with these two advisors (Lydell Betty) and “Daniel Delgado”.

I ordered a Schwinn upright bike which works fabulously, however the order was a week late and every day they said it was coming within 24 hours. Due to the current climate that was not such a big deal. However, when I receive my package the box was partially opened and very dented. I exam in the bike and it seemed as though it was fine so I put it together. While trying the bike I noticed the handlebars were dented and the rubber grip was ripped so I called customer service. After 40 minutes they informed me the best they could do was give me a 10% discount on my next purchase. They said I could disassemble the bike and bring it back to Best Buy but I couldn’t bring the bike back assembled. Hugely disappointed, all I needed was a new handlebars. I spoke with Kayla in customer service who would not let me speak to her superior. I will absolutely never shop there again, and I’m really not that fussy of a person.

Here we go. In July 2021 my parents bought us a Samsung washing machine as a house warming gift from Best Buy. The washing machine has never worked properly, being a new house owner I let it go awhile. It would never spin and the clothes would come out soaked. Well while using THE MANUAL to attempt to trouble shoot it ourselves, it quit working all together. It wouldn’t fill with water. So I called Samsung who sent a technician, Nicholas from American Standard Appliance Repair on 11/23/21. The technician came out looked at the washer for about 10 minutes. On his way out he stated to leave the screws on the dryer because he would be back in 5-10 business days once the parts came in. He stated it needed a new motherboard and water valve. That was all he said and he departed, handed me nothing. I called to inform my parents of this, who then called Samsung. A Samsung representative informed them that my washer was infested with cockroaches; therefore, voided the warranty. Once I heard this, I was in disbelief. I went down stairs and see this “infestation.” There is NO infestation, as you can see in the pictures below. I sent these pictures to Samsung, which did nothing. Samsung now wants me to bring an exterminator to my house to provide a certificate that my washer is not infested. This is about $150.00 completely paid by me, so they can “escalate” the situation. This is completely outrageous. We’ve now been without a washer for over a month. Best Buy REFUSES to do anything. Samsung REFUSES to do anything. They have SLANDERED my name. Tell my parents that I am nasty and have an infestation. AVOID these companies. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with these garbage appliances and GARBAGE customer service. Absolutely disgusting. So disappointed and I will never be buying a product from either of these AWFUL places again. Please share this to save your loved ones from having to deal with these people. Bestbuy’s Customer Service is HORRENDOUS! THE worst customer service I have ever experienced!! Quick backstory…. I recently purchased a Frigidaire mini-fridge on Bestbuy.com and it got delivered to my house. I unpacked it only to find a badly fridge (not ideal ofcourse but it happens, I get it… I was trying to be understanding). However, Best Buy’s customer service to address the situation was what got me all worked up. In summary, I called BB’s customer service and off the bat, they tried to push me off to the store to address the issue. I explained to them that I cannot fit the fridge in my car but they kept insisting it was the best approach to get the issue resolved! Really?! Finally when they understood, they took forever to process the return and replacement…. And common courtesy would be to offer me a compensation for the delay, inconvenience and frustration - but no offer. When I asked, after much consideration, they offered me a laughable $10 credit to my order. Hah! So I have to repack this fridge and leave it for pickup. Here’s the real kicker, when the replacement fridge was finally delivered, it was in even worse shape than the first delivery. The box was damaged severely and someone (Bestbuy? Fedex?) had tried to patch it up with flimsy cardboard and tape. I emailed them and guess what…they try to pawn me off to the store! I called them and explain the situation. This time I ask to talk to a manager right away and the rep, like a broken radio, kept repeating the manager is engaged with another customer and that he can help… basically he just refused to transfer me, and then hung up on me!! Ugh :-/ I call back and get transferred around to different departments, but no manager. With each rep, I have to explain my situation and my frustration level continues to rise. When I finally get a hold of a manager, he apologizes and sets up the return/exchange. No compensation offered again. Few days later, unlike as promised, no exchange fridge!! I have no choice but to call back, talk to several incompetent reps that are reading from scripts and no help at all. I am sick and tired of Best Buy. Part of the reason for this lousy customer service is that they have outsourced their customer service to some remote place where the reps cannot speak decent English, have thick accents, don’t listen or comprehend the customer’s frustration and are following a script .. .and super slow to resolve anything. Oh btw I one of the reps promised me $100 compensation which they never honored. Stay far away from this company! You will only get headaches, stress and many hours of your life that you will never get back. No wonder Best Buy went out of business!!

We ordered a washer and dryer to be delivered and installed from Best Buy/Geek Squad. This is the location they were supposed to be coming from. Our original delivery date/time was Tues 11/2/2021 between 2pm and 6pm. 6pm rolled around and our order had not been delivered, and we have not heard from Best Buy/Geek Squad since the calls/texts the day before/that morning confirming our delivery time. I call the call center and they inform me that the delivery truck is at the previous stop and we should hear from them soon. At 7pm I call again, because we had heard nothing and nobody showed up, and then they told us that the order had been cancelled for the day and it would not be delivered! They could not tell us why it wasn't delivered. It just wasn't and we needed to reschedule... but we couldn't reschedule until the next day, but we will be able to reschedule for the day after that (Thurs) to have it delivered. Call the next day to reschedule and we are told that the next available date for delivery is the following Tues, a week after the original date. I told them that seemed unreasonable, but I was told I had no other options. Unhappily, we waited until today, 11/9. So, our window for delivery today was 7am -11am. They called at 6:50 that they were on their way. When they arrived, they grabbed the washer first, and the delivery guys (who were great, actually) showed us a small dent in the back (seen in this review). We said it was alright, we were promised a gift card for the damage, and they installed it. Next, they went to get the dryer, and it had a HUGE dent in the side. Like, the entire side was caved in and it did not look like it would function properly. The nice delivery guys advised us not to accept the item, and we agreed, so the item was not delivered. I called to reschedule later in the day and was told I could not reschedule until tomorrow. But I received an email to reschedule prior to this. The next available delivery time is next Wed 11/17... over 2 weeks after our original delivery date! I called again this evening and I asked the rep to speak to a manager (after waiting on hold for 10 minutes to get to the rep). I waited on hold for 40 minutes for a manager, then the rep hung up on me with no notice. That call lasted 58 minutes total. I called back immediately. Another 10 minutes hold to speak to a rep. Explained I was just hung up on and I still need to speak to a manager. They put me on hold for another 25 minutes. Finally get a manager, and I'm on the phone/on hold with him for another 30 minutes... only to have him tell me that the best he can do is have the item delivered next Wed 11/17 and that there is nothing else he can do, but offer me a gift card, but he can't tell me for how much until I call again after the delivery is made... Needless to say, I have canceled the order for the dryer and Lowe's will get us the same dryer tomorrow. I can't believe Best Buy treats customers like this! Absolutely frustrating. We lost hundreds of dollars between taking time off of work to be here for the deliveries (or lack thereof) and going to the laundry mat because it wasn't delivered on time. Take your business elsewhere, unless you want damaged items and unhelpful, subpar customer service.
