Big time scam. They advertise 4-6 foot products and send you 1/4th the scale. Classic scam.

this item is garbage totally a scam the size is 1/4 of what's advertised i received the item it was supposed to be around 4 ft it was 18 inch x 5 inch its crazy worst of all they don't even return emails.

Do not use this company to purchase. I have been waiting for my mother’s gift and I ordered that in 2022. Since then I have been contacting them non-stop trying to call the phone number they provide (it does not work) I emailed them multiple times during last year and this one and have received no response.

They are a SCAM company. I thought that I purchased an immortal rose. I waited for over a week then emailed them. They claimed backorder. I waited a few days more, received a tracking number for an item that still has to arrive to the USPS. Whomever this is, they have no intention on fulfilling your order, only taking your money.

Horrible/desepive company! Especially, their customer service department. Don't fall for their risk free buying experience. I just lost $72 in shipping cost to return a poorly manufacted/broken piece of junk. Stay away from BestGiftShopper! There buying experience was a nightmare!!!!

I would NOT recommend this company to order anything from! I ordered a dinosaur toy kit for my grandson and I never received it. I contacted customer service and they would not refund me or resend a new one and stopped replying to me. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE TO ORDER FROM!!

My husband ordered me a really nice small crystal vase and rose for Valentine's Day. We were surprised to receive another one a few days later and get charged again. We called the company and were told if we sent it back we would get credited with the second shipment. We asked them to send us the materials we would need to send it back and not get charged for shipping. We haven't heard from them since and will never order from this place again.

Ordered 3 weeks ago and according to site it should've shipped in 4 days. I sent the first email and the response I got was "item ships in 4-6 business days." There was still no tracking info even after it was promised. No response after 2nd and 3rd email. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! DONT LOSE YOUR MONEY! I should've checked feedback first!!!!

It's a scam. Bought the merchandise a month ago that was supposedly shipped a month ago yet the tracking number shows the product is still in Mainland China. Asked for a refund but completely ignored the request and kept repeating that the shipment has been shipped. Even the shipping website that gives transportation updates is dubious.

Bought deer antler bow holder, item is cheap and so small you cant hang anything other that a fairy bow from it. Customer service is terrible.

Do not recommend. I bought 2 deer antler Bow holders as Christmas presents. 1) Did not arrive in time even though I ordered a month in advance and paid for expedited shipping. 2) Not big enough or sturdy enough to hold even 1 bow. (It is supposed to hold 2 according to the pictures) It is being used to hold baseball caps as that is all it is big enough to do. No where on the product order/ Order Confirmation/ or receipt is product size stated. In fact the only thing that indicated size is the picture or the product holding 2 bows and the description that states it is a bow holder. I am currently trying to get a refund and have been told the best they can do is a 20% discount on a future order by there billing department. I am being told by the company website "customer service" email that I ordered the wrong size so there is nothing they can do. Still do not have a refund for a falsely advertised product

Horrible customer service, my item arrived and was missing several pieces. Even though that’s an error on their end, they said I had to pay to ship it back to get a refund. When I asked why they don’t provide a return label when it’s their fault they just stopped replying. Also l, the item I bought was TINY and in the picture looks bigger than the toddler sitting next to it. I thought I was buying this big plane and it was soooo tiny compared to what you think you’re getting.

Like all the other reviews company must be a scam. Ordered over a month ago and still nothing. They gave me a tracking number, probably fake, and said has not shipped. Blaming the carrier it seems. How can I have a tracking number if something doesn't ship. It is a china company with a Portland Oregon address. Totally mis represented. Never never again. Should of researched this company first..

The order did not state that it would be weeks to fulfill. The date for fulfillment should be reasonable not months.

What went wrong? Nothing went right!!! I ordered a moon lamp 6 months ago. My credit card was charged and I never got it. I sent several emails and never heard back. DO NOT order from here. It's a complete scam!

1st of all I had no idea they are located in China and that they were going to take so long to ship. I placed my ordered Nov, 11 it is now Dec, 9 and I have not received the item. I emailed them for an update and it's been past 24 hrs and they have yet to respond! They have terrible customer service, this company is a Joke.

While I eventually received the ordered merchandise (LED Butterfly Wings Glowing Cape) from this China-based company (Best Gift Shoppers @ https://bestgiftshoppers.com/), the shipment came a week later than the website assured, so it was too late for us to use in the NYC Halloween parade. Although all six of the LED-lighted capes worked, we just gave them away to friends. If any or all of them hadn't worked, the company's website (https://bestgiftshoppers.com/pages/contact-us) indicates that returns should be sent to: "6347 SE 87th Ave Portland, OR 97266". When I looked at the street view of that address on Google, "sketchy" was the first word that came to mind - I wished I had looked at that before I placed the order. In hindsight, my biggest lesson learned was that I should have chosen a merchant operating within the Amazon ecosystem that has more accountability and references on its performance. After I realized that Best Gift was not going to deliver on time, if at all, I ordered from Misi Chao offering a similar LED-lighted cape product within Amazon - I had a much better experience and quicker, on-time delivery.
