“I ordered a $30.00 Tee shirt for my granddaughter on 3/27 and I still haven’t received it. I’ve sent two emails. I received a reply after the first one saying it takes 30 days, which has come and gone. I want my shirt delivered ASAP or my money back.”

“I ordered for fingerprint necklaces for my son who passed away April 3rd I have yet to get them we were trying to wear for his memorial this is ridiculous $159 I'm not trying to eat it on that I'm going to go to war over this”

“Ordered two items headband and mask and still not got them. Order says shipped. No order number no update nothin. It’s been way past the 30 days they say it takes. Cannot reach anyone to get an update or refund.”

“The phone number advertised is for the London school of economics. The courier has nothing for the tracking number, it was supposed to be dispatched 2 weeks ago. I paid 9.99 for VIP delivery, I cannot see what difference that made , just a waste of money.”

“Biggest scam ordered three items 2 on Feb 10th still haven t shipped one on February 11th still in transit from china almost a month. Emails go unanswered. If anyone knows how to get in contact with them please let me know thank you.”

“Complete scam. Ordered items never ship. I ordered two months ago. Emails to the company go unanswered. If you want to make a donation to this company it would be the only reason to order from them.”

“I did receive my order on December 3rd, but the tanks are weird...the arm holes are huge and it's not proportional on the back, so I returned them ALL on December 4th. As per their return policy: ***All returns must be received within 7 days of receipt of your package.*** Please allow 7 business days for all exchanges and returns to be processed once we receive them. You will receive an email confirmation for your refund once it has been processed. Well, I returned them ONE day after received them and since then, I have been trying to contact them almost every day, I lost the count of how many emails I have sent them and nothing, no answer. I know they will deduct a 25% from the total for "restocking", which I don't think is fair but I knew that when I returned them.... but today is February 3rd, tomorrow will be exactly two months since I returned the tanks, and I still haven't received any email, answer or the credit in my account. I don't know you, but in my dictionary, that's called stealing.”

“I have shopped all over the internet these past several months and always had great communication until I ordered from The Best Gifts Co. I emailed them after a month when I hadn’t received my order but never heard back. Two weeks later I contacted them thru Paypal and did get a response 2 weeks layer. I finally got my order today which was another 2 weeks from that reply. I would understand if they would have let me know they were behind but there never was an explanation, just a terse reply. I will not be a returning customer.”

“This company is a scam. They have no physical address, no phone number or telephone number for contact. They only have a Gmail account. The payments go to a PayPal account. They say goods will be shipped in 3 to 4 weeks. This is definitely a Chinese company out to scam unsuspecting online shoppers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY”
