After I realized that Best Gift was not going to deliver on time, if at all, I ordered from Misi Chao offering a similar LED-lighted cape product within Amazon - I had a much better experience and quicker, on-time delivery.

Luckily I ain’t paid no money kept getting messages saying my parcel label was damaged to fill form out and pay a payment for delivery I thought it was to good to be true by reading other peoples comments Scammers

SCAM!!! Ordered mosquito machine in april and hasnt arrived in june. The email with the delivery ID has no contact details. I'm very dissapointed in Paypal for dealing with such a "business"!

I sent pictures of product when I opened it and they told me in order to get a full refund I would have to ship it back to China.

I would NOT recommend this company to order anything from! I ordered a dinosaur toy kit for my grandson and I never received it. I contacted customer service and they would not refund me or resend a new one and stopped replying to me. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE TO ORDER FROM!!

Horrible/desepive company! Especially, their customer service department. Don't fall for their risk free buying experience. I just lost $72 in shipping cost to return a poorly manufacted/broken piece of junk. Stay away from BestGiftShopper! There buying experience was a nightmare!!!!
