“Moving is very stressful as everyone knows so it's a great relief when some things go right. That was the case with Best Rate Removals. The two man team arrived on time and were polite. More importantly they completed the job ahead of schedule. The cost was exactly as per estimate. Moreover they obviously knew what they were doing. I certainly plan to use them again. Highly recommended.”

“Very pleasant company to deal with. We made the short move between 2 flats. The initial quote was one of the most competitive and they were happy to make amendments as we realised we were overly optimistic with what we could move ourselves. The service over the phone was always helpful and there was good email communication. On the day the service was excellent. They were punctual, polite and efficient. They even took their shoes off out our new flat as we just had carpet laid. There was minimal damage and we received our full deposit back from the rented property we had left as there was no damage caused to that property. Overall a very good company and would happily use again.”

“We move out two Saturday ago. It has been a long day started at 9am and finished at 9pm. They pack all the kitchen stuff and all the furniture of the flat. Everything arrived safe and sound without a scratch. They dissembled and reassembled perfectly all the furniture . They are professionals and efficient and helpful. I'll contact again for the next removal: it has been less stressed than I expected!”

“Very fast at packing and loading and managed to fit everything into a storage unit. Only taking one star off for the slight language barrier which made instructions slightly harder. ........................................................ Otherwise, can't fault them. They delivered some items to a separate address which all worked smoothly. ......................................................... Thank you”

“I was provided with fantastic and swift service - the move was easy to organise and I was able to book the required date pretty last minute. There was great communication along the way, both by phone and email which was very reassuring. Overall, it was a stress-free process and I would recommend the company to anybody looking to move without difficulties. The price was also very good, the best I could find for the area!”

“Best Rate Removals were just that ! The overall service was excellent, top to bottom. They came to our property and did a very thorough walk through to give us a fixed price quote. I got four other quotes and immediately threw out the bottom two (they were £1,000 cheaper but had done a poor estimating job). The top three quotes were within £200 of each other and BestRate gave me a small discount when I asked, so they got the job. The crew were great - they worked hard over four days - packing us up Friday, moving our house Saturday and then packing and removing our (very large) storage unit on Sunday and Monday. Everything was done exactly as and when they said it would be, no issues, no breakages or damages, very efficient. As such I would have no hesitation using them again or recommending them to anyone else looking to use them.”

“Excellent company, very professional, careful, efficient and friendly. Had to find a removal and storage company within a day having been let down by someone I had been using for over five years for family and self. Best Rate Removals were very polite, flexible and quoted an excellent price. The booking was for two removal vans but three arrived for no extra charge and job was completed in less time. The removal team did a great job in ensuring our three bed house was safely moved to one of their storage units without any damage and every bit of space was used. The office team has been fantastic since as our property is still in the same storage unit. I would certainly recommend Best Rate Removals to anyone looking for removal / storage, and peace of mind. Definitely and absolutely the 'Best'.”

“The removal guys were on time, and friendly - though sometimes language was a bit of a barrier. They worked exceptionally fast, though with care and professionalism. Nothing was broken or lost or damaged. The labels on the boxes helped when it came to taking everything out at the other end. A huge stress relief. Have since used them twice, and would recommend them. Thanks guys.”

“Fantastic service from quote to delivery. Jack in the office was friendly and understanding. The quote was very reasonable. The best bit was when the removal staff turned up, and instantly the stress of moving was lifted. They were careful with our belongings, accomodating and flexible, nothing was too big or too heavy. All was delivered safely. Definitely recommend Best Rate Removals!”

“I tried so many removal company for quotes and Best rate turned out to be competitive. Their customer service from start to end was Excellent. I had to change dates due to my builder and they were accommodating no fuss at all. During the move we had to do extra round so they did it without and any fuss. On the moving day it was very smooth. Highly recommend.”
