“The job was carried out very efficiently. My first point of contact on the phone managed to estimate the length of the move (3 hours) accurately and the 2 men who were sent to help were professional and very quick. Fuss-free and I highly recommend using this company for any house move.”

“These guys were great. Excellent in fact. From the very first call with Arthur Best Rate Removals stood out a mile above all the rest and continued to impress throughout. (And I shopped around a lot). Not only did they deliver, on time, seamlessly and professionally, they also demonstrated something else, something I really appreciated - interpersonal skills and empathy. I was experiencing a number of complications and changes around my move. Jack was extremely understanding and helpful. He listened and did everything he could to work with me every step of the way. I never felt like just another number. On the day of the move, Zahair and Tanyu were my heros. Not only did they work speedily yet carefully, despite the heat. They helped out when the keys to the new door jammed and even found a way to keep unloading (up and over the back hatchet) when some plonker decided to park immediately behind our van, blocking access and unloading! A big huge thank you guys. You were THE BEST.”

“Well I was anxious about moving as only moved 2 years ago, however these guys were superb so efficient and very organised. Friendly and happy to assist in your needs and made the move go so smooth. Would not hesitate on recommending then and would definitely use again. Really good.”

“I needed to move urgently from Ealing to Isleworth , both in London. I called this company on a Sunday,among several others and they were the most responsive . They sent a team of two friendly and hardworking movers to my house within two hours . The lads were very professional and neatly packed all my stuff into the moving truck . I must say that all my stuff got to the new location without a single loss or damage. The lads moved the things into the designated rooms in the new house and made sure they were we'll arrange to enable me unpack easily..When they were finished, they confirmed the hours spent and agreed the bill with me before charging my card . I was so impressed that I had no hesitation to use them a few days later to clear the rest of my stuff. They appeared to even perform better on the second outing . I will certainly use Best Removals if I need to move again”

“I had the guys moving my things yesterday 17/03/2016. I was so nervous but they made it a wonderfull experience. Just like it says on their Web page, they only had to do it to prove it(actions speak louder than words). TJ your team is fab. I totally recommend. Thanks a million. “This is the company I used, when the company I orginally hired to do the remooval couldn't full fill their promised as vehicle broke down. I thought this is the end of the world as I had to be out of property by 12, However this company was much more reliable and whithin two hours their men were outside ready to start the removal. Everything went well and I made it out of the property by 12 and the rest is history. I am very happy with the over all experience and I will be recommending them to everyone I know! If you have an upcomming move I would recommend to give this company a try!”

“The moving consultant TJay was honest and reassuring and incredibly helpful. My movers were professional and careful, from the moment the guys arrived they went right to work. They did it all in very efficient matter yet I did not feel they were rushing anything. There was not a scratch left anywhere. Since the move was to storage – the crew marked and labelled everything including fragile items to make sure they are stored properly. The price was great, but the service was better. I would highly recommend them to anyone.”

“I’ve used Best Rate Removals in the past year & today’s move was better than ever…Very nice and professional movers. They arrived on time and made sure that everything was placed where I wanted it before leaving. The movers were careful with all my possessions – even the ones that did not seem important. I would highly recommend them to anyone.”

“Efficient, friendly, hardworking. Guys worked very hard, they stoped only for lunch break, no cigarette, coffee or tea breaks between. Very impressed, thank you all.”

“Best rate removals were brilliant. They arrived on time and worked very quickly to get everything loaded into the van. They took furniture apart where required and reassembled it at my new address. The price was very reasonable and they certainly worked hard. I also bought my packing materials from best rate removals, they dropped the boxes off the same day I ordered them and only charged me for what I used.”
