“Excellent from the moment they answered my call. Charlotte instantly advised about the suitability of the product, offered a highly competitive price and assured that the flooring could be delivered within two working days. All have been achieved with telephone calls to me updating progress. Product arrived in new clean packaging. No rips or damage. What more could you want? Now my go to flooring provider.”

“I made a mistake and bought £700 of Karndean Korlok, that would not fit over a concrete floor, with bitumen residue, without damp proofing and screed. The night before the delivery I phoned BAF and asked if it would be possible to postpone the order until I managed to find a tradesman to make good. BAF said no worries and then offered a full refund as this was a stock item. Amazing. I would recommend.”

“I've had some of the best customer service I've ever experienced from Best at Flooring. I found them through a random Google search and took a chance....their prices were good & the products looked good so I thought I'd give them a go. Ordered and paid online. Next day had a call from Kris at customer services to confirm the order & agree delivery date. I had to check that the order was due on the day I thought - within half an hour of my email I had a response from Kris which told me all I needed to know. I can't speak highly enough of Kris's responses on every occasion. Definitely recommend this company.”

“I needed 11 x Packs of Karndean and Best at Flooring were by far the cheapest. Sceptical of online ordering especially given this was a £1400 order I was a bit anxious but I’m pleased to say everything arrived on time as it should perfect. Very happy and will use again 👍”

“Having recently discovered Best at Flooring, I must say they are a fantastic company. I’ve ordered from them through their website several times and the response is immediate. A thank you for your order followed by a delivery date, what more could you ask. Ordering is easy, and prices are the best I've found. “We ordered our flooring and all paperwork confirmed we had the right product. When we came to fit it we realised that the manufacturers had supplied a product that was almost the same but in reality the wrong product. 8.30am the next morning a call I was dreading making was made really easy. Charlotte who took our call dealt with us extremely efficiently, reassuringly and took time to understand our predicament as we had our fitter arriving within the hour. Promising to get back to us after calling the manufacturer, she was true to her word with the good news that we would receive our original order the next day. Quite unbelievably the flooring arrived this morning and as I write this over 12 m2 of flooring is down and looks amazing. If I could give 6 stars then Charlotte and the rest of the team we’ll and truly deserve them. Fantastic customer service - well done to everyone - Ron Helsby”

“We telephoned to confirm if flooring was available and was told by Matt that if we completed payment by 11.00am the order would be processed, We completed by 12.15pm and expected the goods to arrive sometime during the following week at best. 8.00am next morning the flooring arrived. Very courteous driver and the flooring is really good quality at a very competitive price ...... Floor laid and complete by early evening. Very pleased with everything. Will use again and again. Thank you all at Best at Flooring.”

“When you deliver amazing customer service and are truthful, honest and transparent to your customer even when everything is going wrong you gain respect and loyalty. After two, unavoidable delays, one due to the hold up of the shipment arriving in port, which meant my builders had to be rescheduled, but I was informed immediately, not ideal but I was told the truth, and secondly when the delivery did arrive the packaging straps had been placed so tight that it had crushed 3 boxes. Yet again amazing customer service where my complaint and subsequent replacement was confirmed in 45 minutes for next day delivery. Due to the outstanding dedication of Both Matt and Charlotte I would recommend this company, because when it is all going wrong you want to be recognised and trusted as a customer and for a solution to be given. Outstanding... oh and I’m pleased with the flooring too.”
