“Do not buy heater here. I ordered 2 umbrella heaters. One came and it was damaged, not what I ordered and looked like it came from someone's house. The second one came a month later with damage and not even the same as the first one. I will admit their coming department was responsive but returns...pppfftt right. You'll never get a return. I bought the same heater on Amazon, it came professionally packaged, no damage, all the parts”

“Check Best-Hester prior to ordering. My experience is the same as those who ordered and didn’t receive. Lot’s of emails but such a con. Finally revived a tracking number, but it too wad bogus.
I checked the business address in New York State and it is a house that is for sale.
Thanks to the credit card company that reversed the payment. Glad I’ll get a full refund but thought it best to cancel the credit card.”
“My husband bought one for me on Dec 4 for Christmas. It was "shipped" Dec 15 but nothing shows when we put in the tracking number. It's now Jan 20, and after numerous emails back and forth, all we get is "it will be there soon". Don't order, seems fraudulent and now we're trying to get our money back.”
