In the UK, with grey flea market of fraudulently branded parts that will fail early we have AutoDoc who deliver genuine parts for 10% of the UK cost. AutoDoc do hold stock. Delivery from Germany is slow but again their prices are amazing. Be organised or get next day sub-standard local motor factor parts without any salute to sustainability or conservation.

Absolutely shocking service Absolutely shocking service. If you need parts from here. They use Evri. They may state shipped in 1 to 2 days but believe me it takes up to one week!!! Left without a car for days due to bad service.. DO NOT USE if you want parts delivered to the UK as you do not know when they will arrive!!!

ordered Saturday now Tuesday is not even with the courier yet do they know obviously NOT that you can get next working day delivery's people are relying oesen YOU too get there cars back on the road. 1st and last time i will use these !!!!!!!!!

ALSO PART OF AUTODOC, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR ITEMS THEY DON'T HAVE, THEN MAKE IT VERY DIFFICULT TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK BY USING DELAY TACTICS, DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR. BEWARE OF THE CREDITING YOUR ACCOUNT TRICK OR TINY% DISCOUNT. USE YOUR LOCAL MOTOR PARTS COMPANY AND GET HONESTY AND INTEGRITY

Terrible company. 4 weeks and still no parts for my bike. Do you expect people to keep their bikes off the road for this long!. They take days to answer emails. First excuse was the delivery company. Now its all to do with Brexit!! And they are NOT a UK company. they are based in Germany, so in my mind a deliberate trick to try and get you to order from them. If I had known they were not UK based I would have used someone else.

Order number 31487944 ,2020-05-16 20:31:29 ST1515 Guide Sleeve Kit, brake caliper 2 set,£ 23,68 They delivered me wrong parts for my car .They refund only 19.73 from 23.68. After many discussion with many employees they refuse to refund 3.95 wich represent post taxes. Here are all person from my discussion with Bestpartstore.co.uk. I placed an order with them over a month ago. No part delvered, no refund and no contact from them. I have sent lots of e-mails, but no luck. Might any body have a phone number for them so that I can try that. Many Thanks. Simon

I put order on 16 May was despatched after 4 days, until 27 I do not receive my order.Avoid !

Agree with other reviewers totally misleading, gives the impression of UK based stockist. Also appears to be a single entity operating many online "companies" under different names so expect the same level of service from these vendors. Very poor customer service and slow response times. Took two days to inform me they didn't have the parts I ordered and played for, offered an alternative at the same price then a day later got a email looking for the difference in cost. Five days wasted and poor service so cancelled the order.

Misleading - Bestparts Store UK implies a UK based stockist, far from the truth. No delivery date specified at point of order so we assume....! Fact is delivery is very prolonged as goods come from Europe by snail mail

order 26671378.i paid on 25 12 2019.and silence.no contact no e mail,no order track.somebody should inform customer;we take your money you wait 1 week or 1 month I hope not 1 year.but nothing,good or bad.and I have 2 more orders but I didn t pay until the first arrive.my nr.12999024./?

My experience was really bad. I ordered brake pads and discs for my Audi Q7-2015. My order was from "Brembo" brand products and their sales persons pushed me to buy other products offering 3 years warranty. The quality of products were so poor that as follows 1. One of the front brake disc was not fitting properly. 2. Front brake pads were not suitable for my car. Car chasis number was sent to the company to confirm prior to payment. 3. Rear brake pads are so noisy. Last month, I sent all information to them claim for warranty and compensation. They always gave silly reasons and turned down my request.
