“My first order of two 'what up witches' t-shirts were returned because I was not satisfied with the quality or fit. I received in store credit and placed a different order. I was very disappointed when I received my items to find two of three items did not look like their pictures online. When I contacted the boutique regarding my disappointment with the two previous orders, it was explained they don't do their own pictures but get them from the manufacturers. That is unacceptable to me, a boutique owner has a responsibility to make sure the items look the same as pictured regarding color and fit. Instead of offering me a full refund they only offered to return the items for another in-store credit. I would not recommend this boutique to anyone due to the poor quality of items and website, as well as a return policy that doesn't protect the customer if the items are different than pictured online.”

“I like the clothes sizes vary and think it would be more fair if something did not work we could get money back instead of credit to have to use Just saying that because I am a retail manager of 22 years and feel that you should not have to have a credit on a item returned in the time it was suppose to be and in its original condition Thank you”

“The models in the curvy section could at least fit the description of “curvy” so someone who is lager could have a better idea of how the outfits would look on her.”

We are sorry to see your review of our company based on photos that we have on our site. We are a small business that just started taking pictures of our products in-house. We use a combination of stock photos (ones we get from our vendors) and our employees/friends for others. While we may not have a "curvy" model now, we do hope to get one someday. “It took over a month to get my items for a pre-order. I was told that some items were not in since they were sets. They should have sent the items that were in stock at the least. a month is too long for any item order to receive.”

We are very sorry that you somehow missed our return policy before you made your purchase. We are very upfront with our policy, as it is linked to every one of our web pages, including the check out page. We do issue store credit (which most people love...they can find something else and get another BBB package in the mail) that does not expire and has no exclusions. In comparison to other online boutiques, our policy is actually much better than most, in that we offer free shipping both ways & give you 30 days to return. Again, we do apologize that you missed our policy before you made your purchase and hope that you find something that you LOVE with your store credit.

“Material very thin and bad quality! I ordered a shirt for a party and it was completely see through. Prices to high. Can find better quality at the mall for a much better price. Sizes run small and the return policy is awful!!! Buyer beware!!”

“Ordered the What Up Witches tshirt. In the picture it was a vneck. When I received my order it was a regular crew neck tshirt. I wanted the shirt as pictured not something totally different. First and last time ordering.”

“I ordered 3 sets and a scarf. 1 set was a pretty order. After a couple of weeks I hadn't received anything. I called and spoke to a representative asking where my items were and she told me they were waiting for all of my items to come in and they would ship together. A week later I received a shipment of 2 sets and the scarf. I have still yet to receive my final set so I'm a bit confused as to why there was any delay in b shipping out the first item.”

“I absolutely LOVE this place! I really never buy myself anything but this place kept popping up on my Facebook feed. I absolutely loved every outfit that kept popping up so I finally checked the site out with a lot of wishing. I was thinking it all would be high priced but it was pretty decent pricing. Then I noticed also that you could use Afterpay so it was almost like I didn’t even pay anything. The past two weeks, I’ve done ordered 2 jeans, 2 shoes, 4 shirts, 1 cardigan & a belt... I have loved it all!! I placed another order today for one of the new BBB sets which had a dress, blue jean jacket & earrings. It was such quick delivery & they package it so lovely that it feels like my birthday every time I open my packages. Thanks BBB for boosting my confidence without breaking the bank!!”

“I love ordering from Betsy Boos. They have really good quality, boutique style clothing that fits true to size. The best part is when you open up the box, an it feels like a gift to me on how they package it so pretty. Also, the clothes and jewelry are always prettier in person than even on site. However, it would be nice to use more than 1 reward at a time. It helps me decide on how much I can purchase at one time. I have been ordering from them for over 1 yr now and am always very happy with my choices.”

“Cute clothes and great options but, so many of the BBB sets are only available up to Large. It's a bummer to scroll past really cute tops and jackets only to find out none are in your size.”

“Although the clothes are really cute. I find it difficult to buy a bbb when I have to purchase more than one piece of clothing and choose only one size. For example, I recently purchased a BBB set with a T-shirt and a jacket. The T-shirt was way too big and the jacket was too small, but they were both sized as a large. I would love to see the option to choose what sizes I need within the BBB. For this particular set I could have used an extra large jacket and possibly a small T-shirt.”

“I loved shopping Betsy Boo’s until I was sent a size small when I ordered an extra large and no one could tell me why . No exchanges so I had to wait until I found something else I liked which took a while . Most of the prettiest garments are for little women . My shopping has drastically decreased .”

“I am a Boutique shopper, online as well as store front Boutiques. I don't mind spending money on clothing. I feel the prices are very high for the quality of items I received. I had a NYE offer for $30.00 off my order so I thought I would give you a try. My sets where 58 and 68 dollars after discount. The Buffalo plaid heart sweatshirt is cute, but certainly not for the money. The earrings I would be afraid to put in my ears I would compare to Dollar Tree earrings. The tanks well are just tanks. The leopard ots is nice but again not for the price. The concept of offering sets is a great idea but, not sure that I'll order again. Perhaps is its something unique I can't find in stores.”

We looked at your order and it looks like you only paid $96 total for 2 complete outfits (6 pieces), which we think is a pretty fair price. We are not a high-end boutique where you will pay hundreds of dollars per item, however, we do think the quality of our products is pretty good and have been told that by numerous customers. You may not agree, and that too is OK. We are glad you gave us a try and if nothing else we hope you find some outfit ideas if you decide not to purchase from us again.

“I usually love my orders and was very excited to receive this order. However, it just fits off. I ordered my size and the thing hangs on me like a bag and I could barely get my arms in it. Even my husband told me it looked terrible on me. I'm scared to order more shirts now.”

The shirt that you ordered is very loose-fitting, off-shoulder top with a shark bite hemline that is very popular. We haven't had any other complaints on the arms fitting tight, so wondering if you received a defective top. It looks like you are still within the 30 days to return the item for store credit.
