“The repairmen came to help fix a simple item in my flat. They were prompt, courteous, efficient, and helpful. I asked them to help me move some heavier furniture and they kindly obliged. Very helpful.”

“Laurence was incredibly helpful and polite. He worked efficiently, arriving exactly when he said he would. He was a delight to have fixing various things and worked swiftly and effectively. He was very knowledgeable and gave very sound advice. It was a pleasure to have him in our property and we would thoroughly recommend other people to use his services. We were delighted with the outcome with what we had asked for fixed quickly and with no fuss. We can’t thank him enough for all his hard work.”

“We’ve had some great service from this team. They are always prompt/on time, don’t try to rush out with a half done job, provide constant communication, and always dig out helpful solutions. We’ve just been caught in the London flash floods and the job the team Has done, in just a matter of hours, has been superb.”

“Matt attended the property today. He was wearing a face mask and took the shoes off which was a very polite thing to do. Matt took time to properly inspect all rooms and took all our concerns into consideration. Upon preparing the report, Matt double checked we were happy with everything and nothing has been missed. Very polite and friendly service.”

“Mario and Matt came to repair some areas of rotten outside wood. They were punctual and immediately began work. We were impressed with their work ethic and the care they took. They were easy to talk to, welcomed questions and explained every step of the work. Their professional approach does them great credit. They took care to clean up after and we found them to be excellent in every aspect of the work. It was a pleasure to have them.”

“The only part of the service that was good was the decorator who filled in the wall holes on Thursday 24 June . I sent Pam White of Knight Frank a detailed email setting out what was poor about the rest of the service you provided. I sincerely hope that you will read this carefully. Roger McKibbin”

“The guy who came was extremely pleasant , helpful and resourceful. He managed very quickly to source all the paints and did an excellent job of filling and repainting all small cracks and holes left by removal of pictures and mirrors. He also had to chop up and remove a very heavy mattress which he then disposed of . This was something he was not told was on his plan but he accepted it without annoyance. First rate all round!”

“Mark attended my flat after reporting a blockage resulting in overflow of water from my bathroom sink into the bath. He was friendly, communicated really clearly, was efficient, resolved the issue and even asked for a mop to clean up. No complaints and would recommend without hesitation.”

“I have worked with the Better Home Co for over 3 years in my corporate role. I have worked with over 40 contractors and sourcing a reliable team is like gold dust. Kasia, Jennifer, Woitek and Mads are my go to team. They offer a service which exceeds expectations. They report in a timely manner and manage my expectations as the project manager. Things inevitably go wrong, but the team are on hand to offer quick and effective solutions. Since starting my own business, BHC are my first choice of contractors as they are diligent and responsive. To be honest, I would be lost without them. Wishing Mads and his team the best. “Outstanding service by Michael the electrician and Mark the gas technician. Michael was very quick and efficient. He was exceedingly polite and very, very friendly. Such a cheery disposition! Mark took the time to explain what he was doing, which was very helpful. He too was very friendly and so lovely to talk to! Both were excellent, and I'd happily rely on them for any technical help again, and strongly recommend them to anyone who needs effective, skilled, quick, and friendly technical help.”
