“I've had my grounding sheet underlay now for 2 weeks and have found that the back pain I've had for many years seems to have improved. There also appears to be same changes happening with my overall health but as I've changed other things with my lifestyle, it maybe a combination of both. But in any case I am very happy to have found this helpful device.”

Thanks Joanne for speaking today and hopefully the tips we shared help you to see good results soon. It happens with many people where if good results aren’t noticed from Earthing, it's usually due to the earthing strength being too weak or too strong for the individual’s needs. For really stubborn or chronic sleep issues, our larger underlay is recommended, though let's see how your small fabric mat goes with the direct skin contact. Look forward to speaking in a few weeks. “I was certainly sitting on the fence when it came to whether this product would work or not, after eight days I felt a massive improvement to my joints and after one month the arthritis in my elbows cease to give me pain, and gaining more flexibility. This product 110% works”

“I am delighted with my earthing mat and impressed with the service from Better Earthing. I am disabled and sit in a recliner chair most of the day. I have a fractured knee which means I rely on a walker to move around. My leg knee is painful and I am developing lymphatic swelling in that leg. I noticed the very next day after sitting on the mat for half the previous day that there was no pain and that night I noticed that my leg had significant less swelling. I am thrilled. I will be ordering an earthing underlay once I have decided on the size of my new bed.”

“I wasn't sure if this Better Earthing Sheet will be working on me or not, but after 4nights since I started to use it, I could get up from my bed without any difficulties. That was the first time in 5 months. My sciatica and the groin problem were reduced so much, and my body feels stronger as used to be.
