"It's been 3 weeks since I started using my grounding mat and underlay. To date my quality of sleep has improved, I am not waking up tired which is awesome. I have had back fusions with metal plates and also have some arthritis in my joints my body is not aching as much and in general feels far more relaxed. If this is 3 weeks in can't wait for continued improvement. Am totally impressed with grounding and also the quality of the products is exceptional. Have recommended to a few friends who are now researching for themselves. Ps love that this is an Australian made product"
