Careful! Better me steal your money! It is an application that takes your money without any warning, it simply subscribes you to a monthly program without your authorization and charges your credit card $42.48 per month. They never answer your emails and there is no way to contact them.

I purchased a 3-month membership and was never able to log in to access the program. I sent several emails requesting assistance and only received one reply offering VERY little assistance. Good Customer service is not what they offer. With all of my emails I also gave my phone number. I do not recommend this at all

The app is very different from advertised, so I didn't use it and asked for a refund right away. They refuse to refund, saying their policy doesn't allow it, but their policy clearly states I should get a refund no problems. Scammers, don't get near them

It says it’s for free and within a week they charged me £37 with no authority from me. Beware don’t trust them.

I cancelled and Better me charged me 179 qatar riyal and 89 qatar riyal 2nd time I was not even told before that I will be charged and suddenly they charged me I feel this was a bit unnecessary. I expect full refund pls.I didn’t recieved any refund acknowledgment also till now.

After a few days, I decided to cancel the subscription, I went to the website and cancel it. I received a message saying it's canceled; but no email whatsoever. In the meantime, I forgot about this, as I was using another app. After 5 months, i discovered they were still invoicing for the monthly subscription. When I contacted them, they told me I haven't followed all the steps to cancel my subscription, although there was nothing more to be done on the website, no action , no steps nothing. It's a scam!

Not happy I've contacted them after my free trail and they have deducted from my account then they have deducted another amount by forcing me to pay without opting out of the webpage. This is extremely upsetting and they are not replying to my emails.

Fraud, Scam, Must be taken to Court... Steal money out of your account. The only way to still stop them is to put a stop order and cancel your card... But you will never get your money reimbursed, ever... Theft in brought daylight and Google allows it!!

I’ve been trying since February to cancel: they have the wrong email on my profile and there is no way to fix this on the app. They have acknowledged my email but won’t update the email or cancel and still withdrawing monthly fees. So far they owe me 3months back: unsatisfied and ignored customer: Poor service I just want to speak to a human and there is no response!! Seriously frustrated

At the renewal I was charged $64.37 and I requested to cancel. The response was: "You are our customer, and we wish that you would stay with us. We can offer you to extend your license for additional 3 months. So, you will be able to use the service until October 2, 2023, and there should be no further charges moving forward. Also, we can provide you with a partial refund of 50% of the amount that you have paid for the last order. This way, you will receive 32.13 CAD back to your account. Would you like to take advantage of this offer?" I said yes. No response from Max, the billing specialist, no $32.13 back in my account. The above correspondence was on Apr 6, 2023 and today is May 1, 2023. Not happy at all.

i have tried to unsubscribe from these guys for three months, they totally ignore my request, there is no-one to talk to either. So I have noticed that they have taken more miney from my account. Do Not go with this company!!

I cancelled the subscription after the first month, that was 6 months ago, and I just noticed they have been charging me every month. I had even removed the app from my phone. Yes, I should’ve reconciled my bank account earlier, but I keep track of my expenses in a ledger and began to notice the monthly difference. It’s ridiculous that you have to pull teeth to get this cancelled. I just cancelled again. I hope this one takes. Wish me luck and I hope this review leads them to better business practices when managing subscriptions and stealing money from consumers.

I would give zero stars if I could. I cancelled subscription long before the free trial was over but noticed that they charged me for the monthly subscription of $50!!! I requested a refund only for them to say my request for a refund was not accepted. SCAMMERS! I will be disputing your charge through my bank!

Didn’t get the program, didn’t get get a response and DIDN'T GET MY MONEY BACK….. In fact I’m still trying to cancel the $49.99 per month subscription without having to cancel the Card. This is all Dodgy!!!!!!!

Completely ripped off by the zero warning notification before being stung for the full renewal amount. This reliance on people happily trialing something and failing to examine the minute details of small print before being caught in this process is appalling. So heed my comments if you wish to trial their services make sure you are fully clued up.

Paid to download one particular somatic exercises program then automatically got stung with a recurring fee 8 weeks later. No notice a day or two beforehand like any decent company would do to say I was automatically going to be charged $79.99, just taken straight out of my account. When queried the unforeseen charge, I was told it was part of what I "signed up" for. Clearly in the fine print as I wasn't aware I was going to get a recurring charge. I was then offered a discounted rate to stay with them - why would I want that given I've not used them AT ALL apart from downloading one set of exercises. Completely disgusted with how they've operated and their reluctance to credit my account. Not impressed.

I signed up for BetterMe last February. I was unable to login. I contacted their customer service and no one responded for months! I contacted them multiple times. When they finally did respond, they apologized and said someone would be getting in touch shortly. Another month went by with no response. It took 10 months to resolve the issue. When I asked if they could extend my one year contract, since I only get to use it for 2 months, they said NO! I am absolutely appalled with this company. I have nothing good to report. They have brought me nothing but frustration. Zero stars.

After a day of trying the app, I can easily tell it's something you can do just by watching YouTube for free. So I then messaged the company to cancel and refund, and after a series of back-and-forth email, them trying to convince me to stay ended up it's non-refundable. It's a shame, because I haven't really utilized the service, not one single bit of the programme. So yes, just make sure you know it's nonrefundable.
