“I also been a victim of Biconomy, the 6th and 7th of February as XMR went down i bought some, the suddenly they removed it from my wallet, things like this happen on exchanges, i wasn't worried at all, however i contacted them to try to understand the situation and by when they will allow me to withdraw my XMR, latter on they said XMR is delisted, and they will inform us about when we can withdraw our XMR, on the 4th of March when i contacted them they said it is my fault because i didn't contacted them when the withdrawal period was open.
actually, i was in contact with them almost every day just to collect enough evidence.
I sent all the evidence to Coin Market Cap in order to expose them, i hope that all of us will do the same. if someone has a better idea for a better solution; this needs to stop
