In HVAC Business ordered Stainless Steel wall bracket received enameled coated steel wall bracket. Keeping bracket but not what was requested & ordered.

welp, it was short 2 screws, and I had to double up the old o-ring with the new o-ring to stop the leaking that was the bad I guess. what made me happy . . . . it looked identical to the old one to my eye at least .

Order processing and customer support excellent. Error in pick, pack and ship of the order resulted in 8 of the original 9 lights delivered in the wrong color. Items returned with request to expedite re-shiped items to ensure an on time completion of install. However, error in shipping instructions resulting in a 5 working day delay in receipt. Thanks for the credit of $100.

I was happy with the material and with the delivery. i was NOT happy about the pricing. They offered a 5% discount first time purchase.BUT I never got the code to my e mail or phone,made the order and then was informed I could not get the discount since I already ordered. A 45 dollar loss to my company which I did not appreciate. i wish there were some way to correct that. Otherwise the company seems fine ,if not computer savvy between us.

I was noy totally happy with my order due to the fact I was sent the updated version of sp3512 which was the spex3512 which plumbs different then the original I ordered. In the catalog online it does not say the sp3512 was discontinued. As far as the service and shipment I was extremely happy!!

Not sure if I can be called happy. But, it was nice to find what I was looking for. It's the shipping cost and the time required to obtain receipt of the product that that makes me not so happy.

Your order was picked and processed that night in our East Coast Facility, and then picked up by the carrier the following morning Friday the 18th. The item delivered Monday the 21st to your home.
