“The delivery process was terrible. Delayed twice. I paid a plumber for installation and water heater didn’t arrive on time. Now need to reschedule it .”

Hello Maximiliano, We apologize on the delay from the carrier. Once the packages are out of our hands, we lose control of the speed of delivery. The carriers have struglled during covid tokeep up with demand. We apologize for this issue, but want you to know, we shipped your order as fast as possible!

“Not sure if I can be called happy. But, it was nice to find what I was looking for. It's the shipping cost and the time required to obtain receipt of the product that that makes me not so happy.”

Hello Juan, We received your order after 5PM Eastern Time Thursday June 17th. Your order was picked and processed that night in our East Coast Facility, and then picked up by the carrier the following morning Friday the 18th. The item delivered Monday the 21st to your home. We want you to know, we processed this item as fast as possible and got the item to the carrier for delivery. We hope you give us another shot!

“The response and shipping was all right but the packaging was marginal. For the high cost of shipping and handling I would have expected the item to come in a box for protection. A bubble wrap envelop does not protect the fragile strainer.”
