“The Rinnai RUR98iN recommendation for my home was an excellent chose and with the great pricing I was able to purchase it for less than a direct vent standard water heater. The delivery was fast and the unit arrived in perfect condition. The best part is the clean installation and operation. It is quieter running than my old standard. Hopefully it will last 16 years too!!”

“I recently purchased the Rennai rur98iN. The price for the unit was well over $400 less before tax. I was hesitant about buying over the Internet but had a few conversations with Colin at Big Frog and I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. I didn't need the unit immediately so it worked perfectly. The only drawback is it takes a few days of free shipping to get here. I'm ok with that. Ferguson plumbing wanted almost $2200 for the same unit. Big savings. Thanks, Mike in Santa Cruz, California”
