Have called many, many times to talk to someone and just keep getting a voice mail. What we ordered is not what we received. Will not use this company again.

Never received the item. They are unwilling to refund my money. I will be filing a dispute on my credit card...What a big waste of time. They are saying Fedex delivered the item but to a different address...Not my problem. I did not hire Fedex, they did and they do not want to fix the problem. I will order products from someone more reliable.

I ordered a Rainbird controller from Big Frog Supply. Item arrived in a box with somebody else’s name and address written in sharpy on the box along with a date of 2021. I opened the box to find a controller with mud on it and missing hardware inside. I immediately boxed it back up and returned it. They marked my refund status on Amazon as “refund issued”. Great, problem resolved. It wasn’t until weeks later I found that I don’t have a refund on my credit card. Digging in further on my Amazon account, I notice they just entered a 1 penny refund just so they can steal from anybody not paying close enough attention. Shady practice #1. I called Big Frog, and a representative said they didn’t issue a refund because the product is not theirs. They said they took it and restocked it in their warehouse. So, Big frog is going to take a product “that is not theirs” and put it back into their warehouse to sell what they believe to be somebody else’s product? Shady business practice #2. Now I’m out $357, and Big Frog has this broken product back in their possession. Each day I call, they promise a callback, but I have never received an incoming call from Big Frog to even attempt to make this right.

I spoke with a customer service rep when I ordered from Big Frog clarify that I was using the proper part number for water hydrants with top covers. Photos attached. When my order arrived, no covers, only hydrants. ( I spent well over $500 since I ordered three) I let Big Frog know part of my order had not been shipped & was told to open a ticket. Since I had my ditch open & paying by the hour on my job, I used the hydrants I got that lacked the covers. Now I have an open ticket & getting NO help. I fact, the company now admits that their staff advised me incorrectly, but it's now been over 30 days since I got my order. So I'm SOL. Bad business from the very beginning Attached a photo to show the hydrants I ordered ( with the part number) The covers are attached to the hydrants in the photo & the part number is visible. False advertisement & customer service is non-existent Will NEVER spend my money here again!

My low score is because my descaling kit was packed upside down causing weakness to the seal in the descaling liquid bottle When I opened my case the descaling liquid had leaked inside the case and inside the bucket. The packing material and manuals were thoroughly saturated. It was a mess to clean up. It caused loss of some descaling liquid and instruction information plus it started corrosion on the metal service hose connections. Very poor packing.

Lao I ordered an item, was told it was delivered via email. It wasn’t actually delivered though. After that, without any communication from the Frog people, I received an email stating that the product had been returned. I received another one telling me a credit had been issued. All the usual stuff, except… I never received anything let alone returned the item I ordered. I still wanted it. There was no communication about what happened or why and no attempt to make things right. I guess expect that from them…

i received the unit by fedx just pieces i emailed to big frog to get a replacement they didnt replaced about 10 days later they refund my money but no explenation i hope never have to buy nothing from big frog again or will not recomend any one

Took the order with payment on 11/25, said it was being shipped on 11/28, sent an email they were processing a return on 12/2 and then refunded the amount to paypal on 12/2. I would have ordered what I wanted someplace else and had it by now.

They sold me a defective irrigation clock that broke right after the 30 day return policy and almost cost me thousands of dollars. They told me they couldn't help me. DONT BUY FROM HERE, THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS!

Ordered two Vista Outdoor Lighting DTC200 timers, which did not fit my transformer due to the NEMA 5-15 plug being justified towards the bottom of the assembly. Returned them after a simple fit check. Incoming inspection at Big Frog flagged that switch as damaged at the side plug location I did not touch (see pictures). Nickle and dimed by this company, and feeling irritated by the lack of recourse and their resolution. They seem reputable in general, but in my case I am quite suspicious at the cause of that minor scuffing. Suggestion - don't order direct from them, if you have the option.

Site directed me to part I bought. No spec was included on description. Found that it was wrong by email to infomail. Had to pay a restocking fee. I’ll go to amazon next time.

I bought a hunter pro 6 station controller and was sent a 4 station. My installer had to buy a piece to add on for $30 or pay him to come back. Nothing on my receipt specified anything nor alerted me to the 4 station mistake.

Terrible customer service, no communications and not restitution is provided by the supplier. I purchased my faucet on-line over a week ago but did not get any information that the item was not in stock!!!!!!!!! I finally I emailed the customer service email which claims to respond within 24 hrs, NO one responded for my order status. I then called and left a message and still did not get a call back!! I tried several times to contact them but could not get anyone to pick up the phone and after several more attempts finally briefly spoke to someone yesterday. The person told me that it should ship out in a day and that I will get a email which I did not get until today!!! I then tried calling them several more times again the customer service did not pick up to answer the phone. I finally used my home telephone number and got through someone who told me that they could not expedite the delivery and checked and saw my missed calls. No answer why NO one called me back to help with my order an concerns!!!!!!!!!!!! When I requested them to expedite the shipment the customer service informed me that they could not accommodate me so now I have to wait another 3-5 days to get the appliance I need to install in less than a week. I told the customer service and not even an apology was offered. The customer service was not even trying to accommodate me but instead told me they could cancel it for me. Big Frog Supply is the WORST company to deal with. Extremely disappointed and have no confidence in their products. I informed her that if I don't get it on time I will cancel the order, so Shame on the customer service line and who ever is in charge of this company.

Ordered three plastic screws. Says they were shipped on 6/5/20. Tracking says they still have not departed original location. They could have put them in in a tiny envelope with a 50 cent stamp and they would have been here in three days. Hard outfit to get through to. No answer, and no reply to voicemail. Stay away.

Good prices don't matter if you lie about the items actually being in stock. Especially when you take your sweet time answering customer questions. Dumpster fire excuse for customer service. Their BBB rating of "D" is accurate.

Avoid this company. Horrible customer service. If you ever have to return an item, just know you will pay return shipping and that they will then only refund half of your original purchase price.
