“I'm sure the guys at billy hyde packed my items promptly. The courier company was terrible. Items were on board with driver for two days. I rang courier to see if I could get an eta, they said that they would get back to me and they didn't. Finally items were dropped off at my front door sometime in the evening while we were all home. They did not knock on the door. Items sat at my front door in full view of the street all night. Lucky items were not stolen. Seriously this courier company is the worst, have you seen their reviews online. I don't think I will be buying from Billy Hyde online again.”

“Ordered from Billy Hyde’s on Monday night and it was delivered Wednesday morning. Can’t ask for more than that! Would be hard pressed to beat better service, will definitely be back for more online shopping from you guys for my music needs.”

“Everyone I spoke to was super helpful and welcoming. I did have issues with shipping but the team at Billy Hyde did help out as much as they could! I have heard some unsavoury things about Toll though, and considering they have lost my package I'm inclined to believe them, perhaps they aren't the best shopping company to be with. Granted it was free, but still aha”

“A horrible experience of my partners first keyboard which should of been excellent! I bought the keyboard as a gift, but when the keyboard arrived it wasn’t the weighted keys one as it needed. I went to exchange it and was immediately told by Virn no with no explanation but just a screenshot of their clause of no change of mind. I wondered how does that work with Australian consumer law, but I requested an exchange for a more expensive keyboard. I was made to fill out a additional form when I requested management, which I took photos to show it’s still unused in the box, which Cherry replied back the same sterile no. Please beware of this before your purchase, I will be buying more musical items but not from them, simple customer service is so far removed from their business! After my review on Google, Craig replied back with an email address for me to reach out, a true showing of the companies lack of understanding and general customer service. I've contacted and spoken to two people in your company and named them, I'm the customer and you want me to reach out when you have all the details? A very bad experience on a keyboard that's boxed an unused.”

“You guys seem to always have stock when others run out. You had the item I was after, at a good price. The package was dispatched same day and arrived as promised (Perth to regional NSW). It was very well wrapped and managed to cross the country in the not always gentle hands of Australia Post with no damage. Many thanks to the team at Billy Hyde!”

“You guys in Melbourne are great, very knowledgeable in both the drum and guitar departments as well as the sound department. Ive bought ALOT of drum, guitar and pa gear from your Nunawading store and its good to know you look after me with price and stock selection. Shout out to Matt, Steve and Dave in the guitar department and Ben and Matt(?) in the drum department - all legends. Ben White”
