DO NOT BUY it is a scam and you will not receive your order. They disconnected phones and emails and are now going by a new name Coco and Lily. BEWARE

I ordered the BOGO beds on 5/8/21. My cc was immediately charged. Still no beds and no response on July 9. I’m contacting my cc company right now. It’s a scam for sure!

I also ordered the BOGO dog beds. I reported to the BBB because no response!! They block all of my email. Scam!! I am on hold with my bank to report the fraud!

Ordered dog bed in 4/29/2021. Did not receive item, no tracking of shipment ever provided. Charged card $ 99.99 will report as fraud.

Ordered a stress relief comfy bed on May 20th 2021...looked like a good deal...today July 3rd...no doggie bed....and my credit card was charged ...what a complete scam and rip off...no answer per email to the company...DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY..

I wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing from this company. Same complaint as many others: ordered a bed on May 20, 2021 and haven’t received anything and our inquiries have gone unanswered.

This company is a scam. I ordered the BOGO dog beds on May 11th, 2021. They charged my card and have never shipped my items. They will not return emails, facebook messages or refund my money. Now their website has been taken down too.

BOGO, Was a great deal. Bought it. NEVER TO HEAR FROM THEM. I GOT A TEXT THAT THEY WERE GOING TO GET BACK TO ME. STILL HAVEN'T GOT BEDS OR GET ANY ANSWERS. THEY ARE NOT PART OF BETTER BUSINESS.

I am afraid I have also been extremely badly treated over a return which I have proof of purchase of. Do not use this company as they will not return your money if you have an online return. I have proof of return but they say they have not received it despite me sending several times. They take no responsibility and are not to be trusted. I would describe the service as no star and believe that this service is a scam. BEWARE.

Have requested my bank to step in and do what I have been unable to do. Ordered in May 9th. Today June 17. No confirmation of shipping or any correspondence. Hope Facebook pulls them off. What a rip off/.

Horrible horrible horrible horrible!! ordered something over a month ago and still haven't received it or received a tracking number and can't get one damn response from anyone!! Wouldn't trust them and after I ordered then I seen the reviews.... If I would have read them first I wouldn't have ordered.

I’ve been waiting almost 30 days for the bogo dog beds and nothing, they don’t provide info and rarely respond to emails.. the tracking said approved and left it at that. I even paid for priority shipping. Horrible experience and I’m pretty sure they’re not gonna send anything

I am waiting on a BOGO order from over a month ago. I keep getting texts about the special but I have not received my beds. This was not a special order so I don’t understand. I have only gotten I email reply. There is no phone number to call.

Purchased bogo dog bed and it has not arrived. 2 mths. Don't bother. It's either a scam or they simply do not have the product.

Hi, i am actually going through a very bad customer experience with bimba y lola online service. i bought online 2 items that were delivered in a decent time to Germany. However one of the items, a pair of boots, lost the boot strap as soon as i tried to put it on. I have contacted the customer service on 5th March and notified about the faulty item, send a pic and they accepted it as a faulty item (as obviously not within quality standards). Their policy however, is that they contact DHL and then someone from DHL should come at my home to collect the item. It is 26th of March and after many calls with Bimba y Lola still no one from DHL contacted me. I am sure this is not a DHL problem because in Germany DHL provides excellent service, so I would say it is a Bimba y Lola problem. The other item i was returning because of the lack of trust and had to pay for the return on my own (20 eur). Although according to the tracking number it has arrived to their warehouse 5 days ago, I didnt get any notification from bimba yet... Could this be a strategy to keep the money of the customer as long as possible? Not sure, but either way it has been a really bad and annoying journey for me. It is very likely that i will not order from them online ever again.
