“I had purchased a pair of Nubuck Leather Mocha boots Nov 27 2022. At the time of posting (nov 7 2023). The sole has separated from the boot. Birkenstock claims this is normal wear and tear for a 1 year old product. I expected better quality from this company. I will never buy another Birkenstock product and will notify everyone I know to do the same. For a $300 price tag I fully expect a better product or at the very least better customer service.”
“Birkenstock does not stand behind their product. Bought a pair of sandals from them and the foot bed cracked after thee months use. They tried to tell me it was from wear. Crazy! I’ve never had a shoe degrade from wear in only three months. Shame on you Birkenstock!”
