“The drinks at the waterfront restaurant had an off soapy taste. French onion soup had no flavor. The spring rolls were very greasy, the conch fritters we doughy. The barbecue rib dinner, you only got 5 small ribs that were overcooked , had to ask for barbecue sauce, cause it was nonexistent and very dry. Steak sandwich was sent back for being overcooked. The second steak sandwich only half was not overcooked . The burger lacked flavor and was rubbery. The all you can eat barbecue was outside away from the restaurant and most of the sides were cold when they should have been served hot. The ladies bathroom stall door had broken slates so no privacy. We were going to have dessert, but as the dinner had turned out, we decided to have dessert elsewhere. The service was 2 out of 5.”
“We really love the design of the place and the decor of the place. The music was pretty entertaining. Service was very slow, but very friendly. I actually saw my Mc ultra and espresso martini sitting at the corner of the bar for at least 10 minutes,so I walked over to get it myself and told the bartender “this is for us“ . Man, we really wanted to love this food. We researched the menu way ahead of time and the food was just OK. It wasn’t bad at all, but it wasn’t super good. Perhaps this isn’t relative but when you pay more in American dollars for OK food, it just doesn’t feel fun.”
“Food was surprisingly poor. Pizza ingredients were cheap. And even the bread, which I remember as being nice on my last visit, wasn’t. Can’t fault the service though. Lovely people.”
“Lovely, down-to-earth with great friendly vibes restaurant . Our main server is wonderful, attentive and kind. The food was tasty, and good variety menu in a beautiful setting. Recommend with kiddos for a fun non-fussy meal.”
