Order placed with them for over £250. They could not facilitate the order so i requested a refund so i could go elsewhere. They replied saying i had been refunded.....to a digital currency only useable on their website. They refused to communicate from there. I paid with real money, real GBP so the refund must be back to the original payment source, not a dictatorship non-currency of their own creation. That's theft! Plain and simple. This company is acting criminally and stealing peoples hard earned money. They need to be brought to justice

Ordered business cards on 21st Jan to be delivered on 4th Feb. Contacted them on 3rd Feb to check if it was still arriving on the 4th (checked the status on the website and it said ‘.processing’) and got a standard reply that my order will be with me on the 4th. 4th Feb and nothing arrived so I emailed them again and got told that couriers are experiencing delays . It was a lie as they gave me tracking number and order hadn’t even been posted. So contacted them again... they apologised and said order will be with me soon . Today is the 9th and still nothing . Sent another email . What a waste of time , totally rubbish and annoying! Will not be ordering from them again !!!! AVOID !!!!!!!

My experience with Bizay and their custom notebooks was an absolute nightmare. The quality of the notebooks I received was beyond terrible. The pages were so thin that I feared they would tear with the slightest bit of pressure. It's clear that Bizay cuts corners in their manufacturing process, resulting in subpar products that are unfit for professional use. Additionally, to my disbelief, there were numerous spelling errors on both the covers and the pages inside the notebooks. This is unforgivable and reflects a complete lack of attention to detail. What made matters worse was the incredibly frustrating delay in receiving my order. Bizay promised a speedy delivery, but my notebooks arrived a whole month late. This delay disrupted my plans and caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. It is unacceptable for a company to be so disorganized and fail to meet their own delivery commitments. To add insult to injury, Bizay's customer service was utterly negligent. When I contacted them to address the quality issues and inquire about the delay, they displayed a shocking lack of concern. They were unresponsive, unhelpful, and showed no initiative to rectify the situation. Their disregard for their customers' satisfaction is deplorable. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against using Bizay for any custom notebook needs. The quality is abysmal, the delays are infuriating, and their customer service is extremely lacking. Look elsewhere for a company that values their customers and provides products of superior quality.

Cards not delivered so emailed several times to complain and requested refund and not heard anything back from them. Now today after I reviewed them on another review site sent a tracking code so they appear to be sending out the cards I asked to be refunded for and no longer need as I had to buy replacements from VistaPrint in the interim. Bizay are complete fraudsters, they take your money, fail to deliver and then when you leave a negative review they will reply and make out they are sorry and are looking into the issue but in fact they are not. All emails and complaints on their own webforms are completely ignored. Wish I had seen these reviews before I spent my money with them. Will be reporting them to Trading Standards and getting my credit card to refund me. Avoid at all costs

I couldn't leave no stars because I couldn't!!! One of the worst Companies every worked with... My order hasnt arrived on time for the second time!!!! In December this happened, my business cards didn't arrive in time and had to go and print locally new business card which costed me €400 euros. My order had to arrive on the 12th April as I am launching a new product this week and cannot because of you inability to deliver a good service. Moreover, the order that had to arrive on the 12th is still in process 😡 I cannot contact customer service via telephone, sent them and email a msg on Facebook and Instagram but no reply.I have another order coming end of month and I need to travel with the items, I am expecting same disappointment. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY PRICES ARE LOW FOR A REASON!! ALWAYS DISAPPOINTED ME

This company is a scam This company is a scam. I made my first order with them, which never arrived. What happened next is, quite frankly, unbelievable. I received an email informing me that they had verified delivery of my order. I informed them right away that I had not and the fun and games began. Back and forth, nothing but canned responses (in broken English) and what I now realise was purposeful delays in resolving this issue. When it became clear that this company had no intention of providing me with the order I paid for, I requested a refund. They have refused, giving me "loyalty credit" in my "customer account". I am a business owner, I did not order business stationary for fun. I was left in a tricky spot without the order and required a refund. If something goes wrong, you will spend endless time chasing them around, and they will refuse point blank to resolve your issues. As they have broken UK consumer law, I have reported them to UK Trading Standards. Be aware that you are also unable to unsubscribe from their email communications, as (in breach of GDPR), the unsubscribe link leads to a page where you can.......open a "customer loyalty account!"? Avoid Bizay at all costs, they are a cowboy outfit

I received my business cards and you could see the print the logo did not fit the card. They want additional images and videos sending for proof after me sending images. Do not waste your time or money with this company

Completely worthless. I placed an order for which I paid a lot of shipping costs to receive the products within a week. I have only received part of the order. Now BIZAY says the rest is with TNT. Well, I contacted TNT and Bizay didn't even give the rest of my order. You cannot reach Bizay by phone either. When you send them email they just don't respond 9 out of 10 times. Extremely disappointing complaint handling. I did get emails from them a few times asking if I wanted to give a review. They do want one to leave a review, but if you want to give a 1 star rating, it will not be accepted by their system. You can only give 5 stars. I don't even think this company is worth 1 star! still haven't gotten my car magnets 2 weeks later.

Shocking. Received my items 4 weeks late (after the date I needed them), & received no refund, apology or response. Is clearly a reason they don't have a contact number. Won't ever use again.

Most miserable company I have ever worked with. Ordered bags for an event which were supposed to arrive by December 4th. I sent them about ten emails asking about the delivery date, as they were never delivered by then and received no or typical standard emails that they would look into this. I received the bags more than 3 weeks later with no apology. By then I had already needed to buy other bags for a lot of money. When I sent them an email explaining my issue their statement was that they could not do anything about this. No apology nothing. Super unsatisfied, will never order from them again.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich beziehe mich auf unseren bisherigen Schriftverkehr bezüglich der Bestellung mit der Auftragsnummer 2570161 und Ihre letzte Mitteilung, in der Sie eine Rückerstattung von 44 % des Bestellwerts auf mein Kundenkonto bei Bizay vorschlagen. Hiermit möchte ich klarstellen, dass diese Lösung für mich inakzeptabel ist. Ich bestehe auf einer vollständigen Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises in Höhe von 48.17 CHF und darauf, dass diese Rückerstattung auf die ursprüngliche Zahlungsmethode, d.h. auf meine Kreditkarte, erfolgt. Eine Gutschrift auf mein Kundenkonto bei Bizay kommt nicht in Frage, da ich nicht beabsichtige, in Zukunft weitere Einkäufe bei Ihrem Unternehmen zu tätigen. Gemäß den geltenden gesetzlichen Bestimmungen zum Verbraucherschutz ist ein Unternehmen verpflichtet, bei einer Stornierung die Rückerstattung über die ursprünglich verwendete Zahlungsmethode vorzunehmen. Da meine Stornierung rechtzeitig und gemäß den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen erfolgte, gibt es keinen rechtlichen Grund, der eine Rückerstattung auf meine Kreditkarte verhindern würde. Ich möchte Sie nochmals darauf hinweisen, dass ich bereit bin, weitere rechtliche Schritte zu unternehmen, falls meine Forderungen nicht erfüllt werden. Dies schließt die Einschaltung eines Anwalts und die Geltendmachung von Schadenersatzansprüchen ein. Ich erwarte eine umgehende Korrektur Ihrerseits und eine Bestätigung, dass die vollständige Rückerstattung auf die ursprünglich verwendete Kreditkarte erfolgen wird. I would have given 0 stars if there was an option. I order business brochures and paid extra for the professional services. I received my order which was very poor quality I contacted customer Service they informed me it was a printing error, an they will make correction and mailed out another order free of charged, However I was grateful and amaze with the quick response to correcting the order. Once I receive it I realize the error was still there along with another error the email address was incorrect, I reach out for the second time informing them of the problem, With quick response they assured me all corrections would be corrected and replaced. After receiving the 3rd order, Once again the errors were still there with a new error the website was incorrect. I realize some error may have been on my behalf with how I enter the website information, but this should have been caught and question by simply contacting me. Especially if I paid for professional services. I didn't make contact with them again because it seems useless, So now I have 750 brochures that I can't do anything with. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN WITH BIZAY!!!

Slow, poor customer service. Paid for expedited shipping and was 5 days late on my first order, second one they notified me will be 6 days late. TBD Terrible experience. I wish I did more research to find these reviews. There's a reason they do not have a call number and only respond thru emails.

The worst customer care you could possibly imagine.. Takes them a week to respond to a email.. And that's the only way u can speak to them.. No phone number ..! And when they do respond they don't have a clue.. And just send nonsense and then it takes another week to get a reply.. Do not waste your time with this useless company.. Product quality of the pen and business cards I received was very very poor..!

If there was a way to give zero Stars that's what I would be doing this is the most unacceptable ridiculous site and please don't order or try to order anything from them because not only does the product not come but they are unresponsive and don't offer refunds and everything is just a huge ordeal and nothing gets resolved warning don't use the site!!

Absolutely shocking company. Paid for a custom item, they sent me images on the day of delivery that all the items are damaged and therefore they cant fulfil order. I asked for my money back and they went silent on me. Not a peep. Criminals, will be going to paypal to get my money back
