Unfortunately our chosen fabric was discontinued by supplier so Helen suggested and sent samples of alternatives. Really helpful and a lovely blind on its way now.

Having chasing blind samples for 2 weeks and after the first week Helen blamed the Royal Mail for them not arriving, then being told I had to wait 3 days for them to be sent again. Waited a further 5 days, after the 3, and guess what, no samples! Emails are not replied too either. If this is the service they provide to potential customers, I hate to think what it's like once you've placed the order....if you're lucky enough to receive the samples that is! Would not recommend. Poor customer service.
