“My internet connection was very poor with the company I was with. Disconnecting all the time, catch up not working, difficult to work etc. Managed to change to Vodafone without any issues or problems. They are very efficient. The equipment arrived on time and I was up and running on the date they advised.”

“I have had issues with Vodafone, but their customer service is improving day by day! My contract is renewed now as I trust Vodafone more than any other mobile network provider I have used. My contract is for 2 years. I am very happy for Vodafone how they have trained staff to deliver above standard performance. When I called their customer service yesterday, I felt like I was an important customer to them. I felt like the gentleman who was in Egypt, listening carefully to everything I was saying to him.
You have to understand that customer service is extremely important when you are dealing with any company or organisation. Customers are part of the company. If there’s no customer, the company or the organisation will no longer exist.
Very well done how Vodafone has improved. I’m happy I have now renewed my contract knowing and trusting that, they will never overcharge me or break their promises. Thank you”
“I have been with Vodafone for over 20 years . Recently wanted an old iPhone unlocked so I could use a cheap SIM in for work only. Not INSTEAD of my usual contract with Vodafone but as well as, so no disbenefit to them. Supposed to take 10 days to unlock - took more than 6 weeks, 3 calls and then when they said it was unlocked it really wasn't. In the end I had to go and pay £90 for a new phone as I simply couldn't leave my clients without a contact number for any longer. Frustrating when I had a perfectly good phone at home in a drawer - I think it is a shame the companies have so much control over handsets, even after you have had a new handset from them!”
“Customer service following a fault, which was the responsibility of Openreach, was poor. The bot is useless. The online chat cannot take you to the te hi cal team. The communication from Vodafone is much less than expected. Very disappointed. All the agents were pleasant and as helpful as they could be in a system that is not fit for purpose.”

“I loved being with Vodafone for my broadband but when it came to moving house the whole situation turned into an utter farce. I had to phone Customer Services 5 times to sort out what should have been a straight forward request and in the end, because they couldn't get my new details correct, I cancelled the contract and I now get my broadband from Sky. This didn't stop Vodafone from sending a new router to my old address even after I'd cancelled everything. Really???!!!”

Don't deliver their product on time and can't refund you money if you don't have UK account (but to take the money of course they can). I've order in advance Sim card for my UK Vacation, they said it'll take up to 4 days, it got to the address 14 days after! Didn't got to use the Sim card bc I wasn't in the UK anymore. They refused to give me back my money, each person say something else, a month has passed and nothing is solved. Go anywhere else just not Vodafone.
BTW- they'll keep answering you that they want to help and solve the issue, but everything is lies. Tried talk to them again&again (being really naive). Still lies and a thiefs. For your peace of mind, Don't do it to yourself 🙏”
