I spent $50 on just 2 items but because literally everything on their website is “on sale” they will not allow me to return and only exchange. Well now it’s too late to get the replacements here for my vacation.”

“THIS IS A SCAM! Do not order from this website. They will send you cheap dresses and they will not follow through with their return policy. All of the dresses are either cheap material and see-through or they are way too big for a normal size. They say they are a U.S. Location but all the dresses are postmarked from CHINA and they take forever to get here. Horrible customer service, they just mess with you and act like they care. I hope these people get into trouble for the scamming they are doing.”
“Guys, STAY AWAY. I'm actually not even mad at the horrible dresses I received. They are sooo bad that it's actually hilarious. I seriously need to submit my photos to one of those "online shopping expectations vs reality". The dresses are NOT the same as the photos. I'm pretty sure the company has workers somewhere in Asia that put together the dresses based on photos they find on the internet from other online stores. In fact, the dress I ordered called "Feel my Heat" is the exact same one they show on Walmart's page but it's called "A Blue Man Summer Dress". Oh, and not mention the fabric they use is of horrible quality. As in, you can see my tattoos underneath horrible. The other one I ordered was completely different than the one advertised on the photo. AND it had the shoulder straps sewn on the wrong way, with the stitches showing through! WTF? Seriously. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! This was the worst $70 I spent but at least I got a good laugh out of it cause I look like a potato in a sack with one of them and a potato in a sack with flowers in the other. Hahahah!”

“ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! I had recently ordered some items through another web site that pops up in my Facebook feed and had a pretty good experience so I decided to be brave and try this one. HUGE mistake! The clothes look adorable online but in person - not so much. The materials are extremely cheap, see-through, and itchy. I just went on their web site and lo and behold - it's not working. Not sure if they are out of business or moved to a different domain in order to keep selling their crappy products but they are nowhere to be found. Credit card dispute coming up. Don't be lured in by the cute pictures - you are going to be in for a huge disappointment!”
“Ordered a dress beginning of January and it is now the second week of April and I still do not have my package. I contacted customer service in March (before my item had even shipped out!) for a refund because their website clearly states ships within 2-7 businesses days and the response I got was “please have more patience”. When I responded to the “please have patience” I received no response! I will never order from this company again and I recommend others take their hard earned money elsewhere!”

“This company breaks Australian consumer law. They sell all items on sale and then refuse to accept any returns on these grounds (WHICH IS ILLEGAL). Offer free returns on their website but then hit you with their no returns on sale goods policy. The only way to get your money back is make a claim to your credit card company which is guaranteed to work as they have to supply the goods as per their description and without any faults. These guys are crooks and all good reviews here are fake. DO NOT BUY!!!!!”
“I read many reviews about the shpipping,i dont know for other people, but my order got to me in 2 weeks. I was afraid because i ordered before seeing the reviews and honestly was very scared about what i spent my money for. What i can say now is that the fabric is cheap and not worthy to pay that price for the quality,but the dress is same as in the picture,you can see through a bit,but for my dress its not a big deal. “It took a month to receive the product, which was a thin and see through maxi dress. For eight days, I emailed with customer service, seeking a return address so I can receive a refund. They refused, saying the dress does not meet the refund policy because it was a sale item. I do not believe the $51 maxi dress was not on sale on the day I purchased it, but now it looks as if it is discounted from the markup price of 199. Their entire web page was different. Extremely disappointed with my experience at Boho Factory. Poor quality and unwilling to accommodate a return and refund.”
