“Horrible customer service doesn’t get back to you or ship your item in 1 - 3 days as it says they do on their website. They say it’s easy to get a refund as you pay with with paypal but that is another lie as paypal is not their only form of payment. Would not recommend buying from them.”
“I really hope you're reading this before you buy from bohogang.com and not after.... This company is a shocker! Their photos are great and their products look amazing, but what you get is radio silence after the initial confirmation and then you'll probably have to threaten them with an investigation from the bank to actually get something sent. What they do send is 'goat' leather products, which are then and have a terrible smell (hang it in the garage only smell). We asked if we could return it for a refund, and after sending what appeared to be a fake address, they then went radio silent again. I'm not sure how much of the company is a scam and how much is 'the worst customer service you'll find'... But just do yourself a favour and buy from a reputable company who doesn't target people through unrealistic instagram images... These companies really shouldn't be allowed to exist :(”

Been OVER A YEAR since I placed an order with Bohogang. Some of the items showed up, while others did not.
When I emailed Laura, she corresponded back and forth a couple of times but then went radio silent. I’ve been asking for updates, or hell, just even a reimbursement which is THE VERY LEAST they can do, but crickets.
This is without a doubt the most unprofessional service I’ve ever received. It is not worth your business.”
