Ordered a size 14 pair of jeans they are more like a size 10 and I have to pay to return the item

Lots of choice & plenty of petite. However, I paid for subscription to 'free next day delivery' to find confirmation '3-5 days' delivery' - NO Customer Services number (too many other companies are the same) ; NO reponse from them on Twitter. From now on I intend to buy less from BooHoo

Trying to return an item via the app how can I get an email of my return label so I can print and attach to parcel. No help from them whatsoever can’t contact them. Just paid $15 for a return that I can’t get a label for

Ordered online from the tall range - unless you want severe camel toe from a play suit I would advise against this “tall” retailer! Cheap, nasty polyester material on all but one item ordered, of the 4 items ordered 3 have been returned due to the poor quality (maybe weird alien boobs are your vibe though… or you have a fetish for using a huge amount of t*t tape to keep things in place) Would NOT recommend for the price - sizing is off, design is weird and nothing like the photos (maybe that’s why all the models as crouching or the dress shown from the back only?!?) Save your money or shop at a better ‘tall’ outlet!!!

Be careful with this company the clothes come up really small , when you try to return because they are paperless it makes it more difficult to send back they long to keep you waiting , also it’s been 12 days since my return they said they have received it , then I left it a few days asked them when would I get a refund , they said I need to send proof of purchase who does that , they should be shut down I have never had to wait this long for a refund now they won’t give me my money it’s over £60

Ordered a dress, paid online. Received an email to say it was on its way with a tracking number. Two weeks later, still nothing. Put in a query with the supposed delivery company. They had never received the order. Refund processed minus the very expensive delivery amount. Do not buy!

As I first time customer I ordered items for next day delivery and paid to be a premier customer. 8 days later I still haven't received my delivery! I chased the courier but was unable to talk to someone so contacted boohoo via email. I was told to give them 24-48 hours to investigate. 5 days later no one has replied to my emails!! I started a chat 4 days later to be told that my delay was a 'slight' delay and that it is written in their terms and conditions that they are not responsible if deliveries are delayed or not received. I've been told to wait another week!! So much for customer service. I'm absolutely furious that boohoo customer service is so terrible

I purchased three items from Boohoo, two of which I needed to return as they did not fit. I was pregnant and ended up having the baby early. I was very ill and in hospital for over three week and my baby was in special care. Once we were discharged, I was just over the 28 days for returning the items. I emailed Boohoo and explained my circumstances only to be told that I should have contacted them whilst I was in hospital within the 28 days! Absolutely appalling customer service! Would not recommend at all.

Every parcel and every item I've tried this year been sent back. Clothes look good on pictures, reality is shocking. Bad quality fabric,.absolutely not fitting sizes, something size 20 I couldn't not fit into and some 16-18 was fine but ... that quality is really shocking. Last ordered item was blazer, paid £26 I bought bigger size as I am and guess what, is to small on my arms !!!!!! Will never ever order again, waste of my time.

They said if I returned them, they would not be refunding my shipping fee and on top of that, I had to pay additionally to ship it back to them for a refund! They have deleted their contact page off their site and hide their customer service contact on twitter. I ordered a bra 38 c online from Boohoo and which I couldn't do up as it there was about a 20 cm gap between the two ends of the bra. Shockingly small sizing. Having read several reviews online it seems their sizing is very hit and miss.

Absolutely shocking sizes ordered a jumpsuit really nice looking very thin material ordered 18 could not even get up my legs , measured the waist on it and by there size guide should be able to fit a size 10-12 very annoyed they should add the sizes to the description and some reviews to the items so it gives you a bit of information , won’t be ordering from them again

Sizing is very small compared to most brands. Material of any dresses I've bought has always been very thin and cheap too.

Can't give zero stars! This is the third time I have asked for next day delivery and the third time it's failed! Blaming Hermes and it turns out they forgot to send it! Contacting customer service and they either ignore you and just keep sending a message to rate the service. No remorse no compassion worst customer service. Feels like talking to a robot, can't speak to any supervisors or complaints department. Lost a long term loyal customer here! Will avoid at all costs!

I have been in contact with the customer service for MONTHS! I was first told I was going to get a refund on an item that was faulty, the fabric was looking really bad. However, I never received the money. It was through Klarna which feel safe, and they can back it up to. Boohoo claim that they had sent it but Klarna customer service can't see it and I have not gotten it. Klarna asked me to contact customer service again and now I am in a loop… they do not want to pay me back my money even though they sent me an item that was broken… every time they tell me the same story without even looking at my actual request. After a loooong conversation back and forth they sent my request to a "special unit" but did I hear back? NO! I have never been treated so bad by a company and would never order from them again and please don't! If the item is faulty they won't make a refund. The most annoying part is that they have waited out this for months and have now said that because the order was made 6 months ago they cannot give me a refund as they cannot process the Klarna order. But when talking to customer service at Klarna they said it is just one button, easy and simple… unbelievable!

This is based off only one order because I have only ordered once from them. I ordered a dress and a skirt set and they were both exactly what they looked like online and the quality was solid. About what you would expect for the price. Shipping was about ten days but the site does say 7-10 days so expected. I followed their size guide/survey and everything fits pretty well. I think people that complain about this site are expecting to get high end designer quality for boohoo prices. I got exactly what they advertised and what I expected so 5/5 for sure! Will order from them again.
