Oh my days where do I start...let’s start by saying I wouldn’t even give them a one star... I ordered next day delivery only for my items not to arrive the next day. My items arrived two days later. When I finally got in touch....was via messenger as no telephone number to complain. I asked for my delivery charge to be refunded. Apparently it’s no big deal if you don’t get your next day items the next day....they offered to give me a next day delivery code even though they clearly can’t honour next day delivery!!!!! I was communicating with about 7 different advisors in the end who have no idea what customer service is. One of whom said she was unable to give me head office telephone number as it was breaching data protection laws!!!!! Don’t think she realised a simple google search of the company listed the head office telephone number. Awful customer service and the quality of the clothes is very poor too. One word folks - AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please do not buy from them their products are not what they say they are. They don’t know how to size, or label colors right, and some girl named Amy should get fired. They had the audacity to sell me nude ish pink joggers and then sent me brown.🤢 Shirts are cheap not worth the money or time.

If I could give Boohoo less than one star I would. I recieved a playsuit today 12.11.2018. I opened the package, thinking to myself that this doesn’t look like a new freshly packed item. To my shock and horror and disgust. I received a period blood stained playsuit. The blood was in the crouch area. Seeing this literally turned my stomach. I couldn’t believe, that’s someone has returned this item to them and they just ships it out to an innocent customer. I contacted them on social media and their customer service skills were shockingly bad. Awful to be exact. I will never purchase an item from them again.

Why should I pay for a return and wait 28 days for a refund when it was YOUR fault? YOU sent the wrong size and I have to pay, won't be using boo hoo again

Such a bad company… ordered a present… never received and they will not refund.. I have sent proof that the item was left on my doorstep despite there being a note on the door asking to leave with a neighbour… boohoo told me call the police we can’t do anything!!!!

Sizing is way too small. I’m a size 8. Fitness fanatic so ‘no’I’m not kidding myself!!!! The size 12 dresses ( ordered up because of the sizing issues) were really snug around the hip and stomach but, the top of the dress has plenty of room! Material is awful.So thin it shows the outline of your knickers. I used to buy from boohoo a lot some years ago. I gave up because of the sizing. However,I saw a couple of dresses I thought were pretty so tried again. Nothings changed! Sizing is so off and the quality is dreadful! Boohoo you need to up your game!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY It took 3 weeks (costing £7.99! Almost half the price of the dress) for my wife’s dress to arrive and when it did, it was too small and too short so I tried to return it. Their website talks about a returns process at your cost but they have to authorise first/advise return address etc and after several e mails, this is finally what they said “. We are really sorry for the unpleasant shopping experience. Our return warehouse is located in Guangzhou, China. And in the process of returning goods,the Custom tax you will be charged is high and the cost exceeds far more than the value of the goods. So to avoid the hassle to return the item back to us, how about we refund you 10% payment and you keep the item?And we can also offer you a good discount on your next time. If you still want to return/exchange the package, please contact us again and we can offer you a return address. Note: The shipping address on the original package is not our return address, if you return back with that address, we will not get your return package and we cannot refund/exchange for you in this case. If you have any questions, Please don’t hesitate to email us Warning - do not do business with this firm! They are based in China and their customer service is awful! I STILL HAVE THE DRESS AND HAVE GIVEN UP ON GETTING ANY REFUND

To be honest this place doesn't even deserve that one star. They deserve to be shutdown. I will be talking to a lawyer about his situation. I do understand that they are on the other side of the world. That does not give them the right to lie and give tacking numbers that doesn't exist . WN Direct shouldnt work with them as well. They are making them look bad .I called WN my package is still in U.K . They are basically stealing from their customers as I can I'm not the only customer going through this. I will be writing a review on every website until this company learns to get their shit together. I had better service ordering from China at least they respond to you .

No customer service whatsoever. They demand you to contact them through the extremely unprofessional media of Facebook and Twitter. There is no phone number for them or their courier company Hermes - indeed staff at Boohoo cannot even phone their courier company to query missing orders, they email and wait up to 48 hours for a response (again very unprofessional) as the customer Hermes the courier will not deal with you, you have to go through Boohoo to contact Hermes. They only have access to the same parcel tracker you have access to so they stupidly parrot this information at you via Facebook or Twitter (very foolish if you have messaged to say the tracker has changed status falsely - why? And they repeat the tracker information at you.) They are dishonest when dealing with you, making contradictory statements regarding delivery and proof of delivery. They are rude, ignore your queries and requests and simply state tracking information - at one point sending me a link to view the tracking information that I was already privy to. I have ordered 3 times. The first was the same as this, the last ever time, the next day delivery failed to show despite sitting waiting for hoooooouuuuurrrsss. It took 2 days to sort that out and I vowed, never again. Foolishly I thought 4 years later, maybe they have sorted out their issue with substandard staff and procedures. I ordered a white shirt and a maxi dress (kept it cheap so wouldnt be out of pocket by too much because of these robbing clown's) arrived next day no problem. Shirt is lovely. Dress is cheap crap, poorly cut and poorly hemmed. But feeling confident I ordered an outfit for my Birthday night out. £4.99 next day delivery. Waited from 8am till 1pm when the tracker inexplicably changed to delivery failed rearranged for Monday. Spent from 1pm to 2pm finding out how to contact this outrageous company. Once I realised it was actually only twitter or Facebook I was even more annoyed. Then spent 3 hours arguing with whatever troll they have manning facebook. He or she ignored every query and request I made. He or she parrotted the tracker like a religious fanatic. Until after 2 hours they grudgingly offered to refund my 4.99 - like it was even disputed that I expected it back. For another hour I argued on whether that was or was not a goodwill gesture (it's not as per ecommerce rules - they guaranteed delivery and failed to adhere to that) appalling customer services, appalling procedures regarding courier communication and the most dysfunctional dishonest staff I have had the misfortune of ever dealing with. It was literally the crappiest day because of the people this company chose to employ and put in the public domain. Please, please save yourself the trouble, there are hundreds of these types of fashion clothes retailers, go to any one of them. This place should be dealt with and made to adhere to acceptable guidelines.

Not only did I not get all of my 3 items ordered and paid for, only received 2 - contacted as per their instructions and they refuse to acknowledge and take ownership of it. Boohoo to the customers so I guess best name for this business - well BooHoo to you as I will NEVER order with you again and make it my mission to tell all I know to stay away. Get your tissues out Boohoo as you have lost a customer for 1 item due to your lack of care factor and zero customer service.

If I could put no stars I would. The quality of the clothes is extremely poor and very badly fitting, probably the worst quality I've ever experienced. Cheap material, nothing like the pictures online and extremely overpriced for the awful quality. But more importantly, their lack of empathy or true customer service is none existent, they are purely driven by profit, not service. I will never use them ever again.

I've had several items of poor quality. A pair of boots that I worse twice before soles fell clean off. Sizes are just massively wrong. Bought a kimono size 22 but would fit size 16. Rare to have a good experience with them

Items were ordered last Sunday on next day delivery. Items not arrived. Iv tried to go on their chat and send emails, with no response. I am a loyal and excellent customer, who unfortunately will not be ordering again.

Placed a very large order of over £400, was recommended as they offered a lot of tracksuits so wanted to get a few and see which I liked/ disliked to return etc. There was 14 items altogether in my order. I received 6 items out of the 14!!!!! 2 when I chased this were apparently OOS so I’d be refunded for them.. fine ( this also wasn’t done until I messaged to ask where the other items were) upon opening this complaint for the rest of my missing order totalling £250 I have basically been called a liar and they’ve refused to reply to anymore of my emails as they’ve checked their footage in the warehouse x3 times and all items were sufficiently packed. They however cannot share this said ‘footage’ due to GDPR. Cannot give anymore information on escalating the complaint or what address where to send a letter too! They just expect me to give up and pay the money just because they’ve got a a video. Seems it’s a recurring fault with BOOHOO by the looks of other trust pilot reviews. Customer service is rude and abrupt and I honestly don’t usually complain as I work in customer service myself but my god this is the worst treatment from a business I’ve ever seen I will be taking this further with the ombudsman. This business cannot keep getting away with scamming people. It’s such a shame they think they can get away with things like this, it’s been such a stressful experience that I really did not need.

I am a size 14 in clothes generally and I ordered a size up on boohoo size 16. Nothing fit me properly. Everything was tight or uncomfortable. It really affected my body confidence as well. Really disappointed. Never buying from them ever again!

I got my packaged after waiting way longer than the expected delivery date, and two items were missing. Their customer service is horrible, and in top of that they are refusing to gibe me a refund. I wish there was a zero stars option.

Yeah last time i order from them now unfortunately. They used to be amazing but sizing is all wrong!! Way too small very disappointing and makes you feel like utter s#@t about yourself. 😩

Most of the clothing is not good quality and orders often wrong. Better going to the shops and can see quality before wasting time on boohoo!

Awful, Next day delivery arrived after 6 days! Qaulity of dresses were worse than a market stall. Will NEVER shop with them. No customer service number all on line- no one responds. Returning all items , If I dont get money back Trading Standards next.
