Hey Sadi, Thank you so much for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. In regard to the last-minute cancelation, I completely understand how this might be an issue for your trip's plans. Unfortunately, in some cases, an operator might notify us of a cancelation at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. Please be assured that we take these incidents very seriously, each case is investigated with the operator in order to prevent such cancelations in the future, with that said, it's important to mention that some cancelations are beyond our or the operator's control.
