Took my money for a train ticket and ran. Wouldn’t answer emails or phone. If you use this company for anything, you are a bigger fool than me!

Do NOT use this company as they do not exist... I paid for 2 tickets, but no tickets sent... No reply from they... Real SCAMMERS !!

I accidentally booked a ferry for the week after the one I wanted. I started a support ticket as soon as I realised, and within a few minutes a refund was in my bank account. It wasn't automatic, I actually spoke to a human who as entirely attentive and positive. I'll actively seek out using the in the future.

De la poudre aux yeux. Il est en effet pratique de pouvoir acheter ses billets le soir pour le lendemain en quelques cliques sans aller en agence. Les promesses sur la pub sont geniales. Encore faut il les tenir. J'ai acheté 2 billets au départ de Siem reap pour aller à Kampot. L'annonce est clair : bus couchette ( avec belle photo d'un bus de luxe couchette spacieuse ) Pas d'arrêt sauf pour manger et toilette 15h de route Départ 20h30 arrivée 11h a Kampot. Départ La couchette est bien plus petite que sur la photo de l'annonce, pas de fenêtre et même pas de quoi s'éclairer si on veut lire par exemple. J'ai découvert par la suite que nous étions dans un bus hôtel et pas dans un bus luxe comme sur la photo de votre annonce. Une pause comme convenu pour manger et passer au toilette. 6h du matin réveil ... Dernier arrêt on sort du bus On se retrouve devant une agence fermée Personne ne parle anglais et donc personne ne nous explique. Mon GPS me donne ma position Sihanouk ville. La je me dis zut j'ai raté l'arrêt. Mais non en fait c'est la que un autre bus doit venir nous prendre pour Kampot. 3 heure a attendre un autre bus, assis au sol sous le soleil. Un van pas confortable du tout arrive puis 2h30 de voyage sans clim. Après tout ça je vous écrit pour vous faire part de mon mecontentement. Je ne reproche rien aux personnes qui travaillent dans la compagnie de bus car eux ont fait leur travail. Je dis que votre annonce est mensongère Voyager dans de "mauvaises" condition ne me dérange pas si on me le dit en avance. J'ai eu le droit a un message automatique puis ensuite une personne m'a remercié pour les informations et m'a averti que j'aurai une réponse dans les heures qui suivent. Cela fait plus de 48h que j'attend de vos nouvelles. J'estime être en droit de demander un geste commercial a la hauteur du manquement de sérieux de votre part. J'ai deja acheter un autre billet via votre site. Je ne suis pas rancunier je vous fait juste remarquer aux yeux de tous la négligence dont vous faites preuve a l'égard de vos clients 60 euros pour un trajet qui ne correspond en aucun cas a votre descriptif. Je vous ai ecrit via WhatsApp et email pour trouver une solution mais rien y fait alors Voilà Mon premier post/avis sur les réseaux

Was sooo worried after reading these reviews before booking with bookaway. Nervous up until we got to the bus station in Siam Reap. Bus was there at time stated, polite driver and helpers and left on time and we arrived on time. I also got my confirmation within an hour or so.

I used bookaway on to sepparate occasions both of which left me severely disappointed. The first time I booked a bus from Saigon to mui ne, despite claiming that a conformation will be sent within 24 hours, 2 days later I still didn’t receive one. Using the customer service from bookaway has been a extremely painful experience, but atleast in that instance I did receive the ticket one day before departure of the bus, and After several e-Mails and messages. The second time using the service was even worse. I booked a bus ride from Saigon to Vung Tau, they sent me a ticket with the wrong date on it, despite like a small issue it still hasn’t been resolved to this day. The WhatsApp customer service seems like a great thing at first but after realizing that all they do is write that they will try to resolve the issue, but they never follow up on that. Don’t use this company it will cause you more stress than comfort!

I used them for three times in Nepal. Two works OK, but last one not accepted by the bus. I had to pay for the ride on the bus. They didn't communicate after and the only way to get my money back is by using PayPal. Not recommend....

This company is working with subcontractors there are goodones and bad ones. Bookaway can also force them to come with a solution if things not going right. But they dont... Bookaway choose they easyway and refund without service, therefor a kind of scam-ish Made a booking incl a pickup at hotel with bus at 0850. The company send a grab motorbike who refused my backpack at 0915 (after calling where the pickup bus was). The company told me it was too late and the bus left and that I wasnt in time. I asked multiple times where the collection point was so I can arrange a car or a 2nd bike for my backpack. But the company refused to cooperate and told me I was the one that was delaying... The company offered refund were I payed for a service, the company told me that they wont help me further. I booked a private car for 145 usd to avoid missing my booked trips. This shoulde be done by the company in order to forfill the agreement.

I (attempted to) purchased Fansipan bus tickets through Bookaway. My credit card was charged and no tickets were provided. There was no confirmation email, nor an email with my ticket. When I went to the pick-up location for the bus, the agency there had not received confirmation from Bookaway. I had to purchase another bus ticket... The messaging feature on the Bookaway website says "We respond immediately" - THEY DO NOT. Bookaway support took several hours to respond. They told me that a confirmation email was sent 12 mins after my purchase, but no such email exists. I asked them to forward the email to me again, they ignored me... I was scammed in 'broad daylight'. This company stole my money... I know that my email was placed correctly because they have managed to send me advertisements instead of the service I purchased.

Purchased ticket and immediately saw that my booking date changed. The company would not accept, the preferred date. Stole money and would not make any allowances

Warning!! Do not use this company. I booked a bus ticket through them 2 days prior to departure. They took the money from my account immediately. On the day of the departure I had to follow them up 4 hours before the bus departed because the booking still said pending. It then took them 2 hours to tell me that I didn’t have a booking on the bus, it was now full with no seats available. The solution they offered was for me to pay $100USD more to get transport on the day and they would not compensate me for the inconvenience in any way. I asked for a refund and was told it would take 7-10days to hit my account. Then they said if it’s there in 10days to contact them again!!! Leading me to believe it probably won’t hit my account in 10days. To make matters worse we arrived at the bus station and booked 2 tickets on the same bus for $20USD!!!! They mislead and lack integrity and then extremely unhelpful when I was inconvenienced. DO NOT RISK USING THEM. BOOK DIRECT OR USE ANOTHER AGENCY

Service très médiocre, aucun moyen de les avoir par téléphone pour poser une question. Il y a avait un service de pick-up à l'hôtel mais comme impossible de les avoir au téléphone, impossible donc de demander. Résultat un tuktuk jusqu'à l'agence...

Booked a bus: wrong address provided for pickup location, huge premium (about 50%) over the actual bus ticket price (16 USD instead of 11), wrong info about the duration of the bus, no info that we had to switch twice (bus to ferry to bus)

After they called us to reschedule because the original time was fully booked, they canceled 50minutes before the new departure time. With no information what so ever, via a childish way of writing an email. Left us stranded in the city forced to pay for another night in a hotel and lay for hotel we've booked in the original place of destination. Would definitely NOT recommend this service to others in vietnam. Truly a bad service.
