“I sent in two books and both were rejected despite being in usable condition. I had used several other sites and resold books that were in a similar condition and had no problem with them. They don't even bother to contact you about it.”

Our records show that your books were received and paid at the full quoted price. These textbooks were not rejected, however they did arrive at our warehouse quite a bit later than usual, which is why the order took a little longer to have payment issued. “I received the offers they said they were going to give me! It was prompt and a pleasure. One book i gave had the spine broken, so i wasn't paid for that one, but i understand that, they make that clear, so I'd definitely use them again, wish I had known about them while i was in college!”
