The website is easy to navigate and has a lot of useful information. The booking process was very smooth and their customer service is excellent, especially Juliana and James who would respond within 24 hours and were always helpful! I highly recommend you book your trip through them.

The booking process was excellent. The website is clear, simple and easy to navigate. Processing was carried out immediately with a booking reference number followed a little later by a confiramtion email. Any questions regarding the trip wwere ansered immediately

If I could give 0 stars I would. I will definitely never use Bookmundi for a trip again. Their company is unorganized and their customer service team is horrible to work with. Make the smart decision and book your travel with a different company. Here's my experience: I went to South Korea last July and now 7 months later, I get an email from Bookmundi saying they were pursuing legal action for a bill of $300 for a transfer in South Korea. I paid the entirety of the trip and that $300 dollars was never on there. I reached out multiple times via email before and during my tour to confirm this transfer and ask how to pay it since it was never added to the bill. I asked my tour director and the driver and nobody could answer my question. Now 7 months later they realized their mistake and want the money and are saying they are going to pursue legal action if it was not paid. I paid it right away, but this invoice should have never been sent because it was their mistake, let alone say they are pursuing legal action against me. Bookmundi customer service you can definitely do better than this.

Exceptional service throughout. My experience with MiCuba has been fantastic. Monique and her team are extremely responsive, professional, and accommodating. We collaborated and exchanged ideas to build the ideal itinerary. The entire trip went without a glitch. We were able to rely on all the plans that were arranged; every day, all the guides and drivers were punctual allowing us to experience piece of mind. In addition, we were provided with an onsite contact - just in case. The experience with MiCuba couldn't have been any better!

I would be hesitant to use Bookmundi again. Something that should have been straightforward ended up being overly complicated and drawn out simply because I wanted to stay an extra night after a tour. It took 8 days to sort out and to get confirmation that I was on the actual tour I had to tell them to forget about the additional night I was adding on. The only time they came to me was when I emailed them to ask what was going on. I still don't know what day my tour starts as the date given is different to the date provided by the tour operator. I am still waiting for that to be confirmed. The emails from bookmundi were polite and pleasant but they didn't seem to have any idea as to what was going on.

Service was good. We were assigned a travel expert same day as our inquiry. The travel expert, Ms Hien, ensured that the proposed tour package aligned with our desires. She was easy to work with and knowledgeable. Tour package pricing was reasonable. Payment was easily accomplished through Bookmundi website.

Booked a Mt Everest Base Camp Trek with Bookmundi I had to later alter due to unforeseen issues. Bookmundi resolved my issue to my satisfaction.

I am very happy with Bookmundi customer service and Mr. Tomaz Martinek, the tour organiser. Customer service team has helped me to communicate with Mr. Tomaz when I had problems via the emails. Mr. Tomaz is also a very professional tour expert that gives very good advice on the tour plans, taking in consideration the safety and comfort of my children who will be travelling with me. He is also very patient in answering all my questions of which I appreciate very much. I would highly recommend Bookmundi to all that wish to plan a trip to Switzerland to suit your family needs.

They go through another company - Discovery Nomads - who spmetimes goes through other third parties like viator to book flights, excursions, hotels, etc. When things went wrong, and they went off the rails, it was impossible to rebook or cancel for refund. My CONFIRMED itinerary was changed less than a week before I was supposed to leave. And they offered me a mere 100 euro for wanting to cancel ayers rock. I wasn't even sent n itinerary until 2 days before I flew to Australia, and I had to ask for it twice. Bh that time I realized my last day was not in fact a travel day and their were tours booked. I had to cancel the 12 apostles/oceb road tour, and never received the 80euro discovery nomads said they issued to Bookmundi. Both companies have provided lackluster customer service. They are not responsive and when they are, they are dismissive. The whole point in booking a tour is to not have to sweat the details and gave support when things go wrong. In the end, I spent more time coordinating and salvaging this vacation then I would have booking on my own. And I'm sure I'll never get the money back I deserve. You're better off booking directly. I've learned my lesson. The tour website was also misleading. 1) The descriptions mentions "sailing"the Whitsundays. You are on a ferry spending the majority of the day picking and dropping off hotel passengers at other islands. 2) bookmundi says they cover all credit card fees. I went out of my way to confirm via email before booking that this also included foreign transaction fees. Nope. I was charged $150 in foreign transaction fees and never issued a refund by Bookmundi.
