I was very pleased with Bookmundi! Not only because of the very easy and straight-forward booking process, but also because of the super quick and helpful customer service of their employees! Can definitely recommend Bookmundi!

Prompt follow up on trip booking. Quick to provide alternatives to trip booked but cancelled due to group filled (but reflected available on website). Good job on service. But room for improvement in trip availability listed on website.

The trip was very well organised! The guides were always there to help:) Friendly and comedy guides Manuel and Diego ! They made the trip more enjoyable:) I will visit next time for sure:)

We have not yet taken our trip to Italy, however the communication with Bookmundi has been very good. Any questions we have asked have been responded to the next day by Juliana our rep. The information has always been timely and very detailed. All payments have been deducted by Bookmundi on the dates they told us they would deduct. So very easy to plan.

I got in touch with bookmundi for my private day trip to Abu Dhabi from Dubai. It was a very personalised tour that I wanted due to my aged parents, so also need assistance in terms of wheelchairs and people to push wheelchairs. They were efficient with their responses and have accomodated all my needs for that day. I am now looking forward to our day trip to Abu Dhabi with bookmundi. Thanks for all your help.

I have interacted with Bookmundi on two trips and I have found their customer service to be outstanding. The response to my questions has been timely (given the time difference between where I live and where customer service representatives are located) and focused on the information I needed. My experience with the customer service is exactly what I would expect from a company focused on bookings to varying parts of the world.

Preparing the trip was very easy with all Yangyang her great knowledge, ideas, being so flexible and friendly. If the trip is like preparing the trip we will have an awesome trip and be happy customers 🤣. Because of the 11 hour time difference. We always got promptly the next day an answer. Perfect!

Some of this is my fault for a late booking, but the process was not helped by very slow responses to any mail query so much so that I was sure having paid and not heard any response to multiple mails for a week it was as a scam. It isn’t and I expect a terrific trip. However, will likely use other operators in future

So far, so good. Booked a trip for the Spanish Ring in November and the planning is going smoothly. I appreciate Peter's responsiveness with my queries considering the time difference and that he is facilitating my experience with the tour operator Europamundo. Looking forward to a memorable trip.

Cynthia has been a delight to deal with and has responded to all our questions very efficiently and with some wonderful ideas. I was very anxious in arranging a tour with an overseas company but I feel very confident that Cnythia has arranged a wonderful tour for us to visit Patagonia in January 2024.

I booked a trip to France and Italy in August of 2022 for travel in June of 2023. I paid the deposit, asked a few questions leading up to the trip that were answered, and paid the remaining amount on time. This was a trip I had been saving for 10+ years. Approximately three weeks before we were to go, I received an email that the trip was no longer available that day and had been canceled. I reached out and was told I could choose another day the same week (flights had been booked since October so this was not as flexible), and still go. However, I would also would have to pay an additional $1200. I asked what the change in trip was that added cost. I was told there was nothing different. I just needed to change my date and pay more if I still wanted to go. We wanted to go but had a budget, set flights, and did not trust they would not cancel and charge more a third time. They fully refunded what I had purchased through them (4 flights were booked separately and not covered) but there was no way to suddenly plan a trip for June in Paris, etc.with only a couple of weeks prep. I am not sure what happened as many reviews are very good for bookmundi. However, this seemed very poor business. Three weeks notification on a trip that had been planned for 8 months? We are now trying to replace for next year, but with the Olympics may need to again push back the trip. 1st world problems, but I would hate for another family to have their plans suddenly ruined with no reasonable explanation and at incredibly short notice.

As soon as we received your complaint, we immediately investigated the issue with Discovery Nomads (the suppliers of your tour). We were informed that some services for the departure were unavailable, leading to the cancellation. Unfortunately, we were not notified in advance and were only made aware at the same time you were. We completely understand the frustration and disappointment this must have caused, especially after all the anticipation and planning involved. In an effort to address the situation, we offered you alternative dates with additional discounts or the option of a full refund. Once you confirmed the refund, we expedited the process accordingly. Along with the 100% refund already issued, we have provided you with additional compensation as a gesture of goodwill. We want to assure you that this was an uncommon situation, and we take great care to ensure that such instances do not repeat. We are working closely with our suppliers/partners to ensure that we are notified in advance of any changes or cancellations to avoid any inconvenience to our customers. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we hope for the opportunity to restore your trust and provide you with a better experience should you decide to book with us again. The team from Bookmundi were really nice and forthcoming and always really responsive. They helped me with a lot of queries including getting me booked onto another tour, when the one I initially booked could not take place. They were always very understanding and customer friendly.
