“Outstanding travel service. Bookmundi worked with MiCuba to set me up with an apartment in Old Town Havana, rides to and from the airport, and local contacts to help me get acclimated, help with touring around the city, and setting up a taxi ride for my 2 days in Varadero. Daniel and Daniella were absolutely outstanding hosts and guides, it was such a huge help to be able to meet them and touring the city with Danny was like walking around Havana with an old friend. I 100% recommend Bookmundi and try and get Danny and Dani as your hosts!! Thanks guys!”

“Their customer service was amazing. They kept me updated at every possible moment, notified me of changes and were able to offer me many options when the one I had selected was cancelled. They went above and beyond to help. Given that my refund was over the long weekend, they were prompt in notifying me of the communication going on in the background.”

“I had been planning a trip to Morocco for quite some time and knew exactly where I wanted to go. Normally I'm a solo traveler, but decided to look into group tours. After a lot of comparison shopping, I found the Morocco Encompassed tour that goes everywhere I want to go at a fair price. Bookmundi made the process easy, they respond quickly to emails, and take into consideration special requests. I recommend.”

“My husband and I have been trying to get to the Netherlands for 3 years now (Covid.) Our trip has been booked and rebooked to new dates 3 times. It's almost embarrassing like it was my fault the world had a pandemic. Bookmundi was FANTASTIC! They very patiently worked with us every step of the way to make certain we were taken care of and we are finally leaving in 3 weeks for our trip! Questions were answered and emails responded to very quickly. This is our one trip of a lifetime, but if we were ever able to travel overseas again, we will definitely go through Bookmundi.”

“We booked a trip to Cuba and bought our airfare. They sent an email saying due to civil unrest we probably couldn't go and someone would get back to us. No one got back to us promptly so then i tried calling, but no one was there to take a phone call. Meanwhile my 24 hour cancelation window for my airfare was upon us, so I canceled my airfare so as not to lose my money. Then, they sent me an email and said it was fine to go to Cuba. Insane. The state department showed no travel warnings. What they should've said was that they were worried about Americans going to Cuba.”

At the time of your booking, we offered an exclusive 5% Bookmundi discount on the tour you booked. For technical reasons, our system did not apply that USD 48 discount on your booking in particular (it did apply on the bookings), which was unintentional, and we have of course processed the USD 48 refund to you, when you made us aware of the discrepancy. “I understand how stressful travelling to another country with booking, transportation, flights, weather, etc and trying to arrange, making sure every single detail is covered. Well, Peter from Bookmundi assuaged all that. He was very responsive and patient with me, addressing my questions and concerns. He even took screen shots of every step for me to complete my pre tour registration online. He went over and beyond what was expected of him. Thank you Peter for taking care of me and my family.”
